This is to bring into your notice that I was trying to reach the icicilombard for taking the Senior Citizen Health Insurance for my mother who is diagnosed with cancer in July'20 and undergoing through the treatment of CA Cervix Cancer 1st stage but all the executives clearly denied that they do not cover pre existing cancer even when this option is clearly available in their imobile application. PFA snapshots for the reference and call recording for their continuos denial of not covering the Gynaecology cancer.
Finally, I raised a concern with IRDA with token number-IRDAI Token no.[protected],[protected] then only your(GRO)- grievance rederessal manage...finally replied by saying as below-
"Dear Sir,
We write this with reference to your concerns registered with IRDAI vide token number[protected].
As per our telephonic conversation held today, we would like to confirm you that any pre-existing disease Declared by insured and accepted by our Medical UW team will be covered after certain waiting period. For this particular product available on our I-Mobile application we do not have any PED specific waiting period (30 days initial waiting period is there).
Further in regards to your concerns regarding PED ‘Any Gynaecological Breast Cancer’, as this is not a part of permanent exclusion we will cover the same after initial waiting period of 30 days.
Also an appropriate feedback has been shared with our concern department for non-occurrence of the same in future. We will strive towards improving our customer service standards to give you a better experience henceforth and we request you to treat this incident as an exceptional occurrence and not as an indication of our service levels.

Then as per his confirmation, I finally made a payment of Rs. 65, 500 with details as mentioned below:

But after the payment, I have made more then 200 calls to [protected] and to icici lombard customer care and more than 10 reminders over emails but they are not responding to me at all and even not picking up the call and finally they replied that they have rejected the policy. Please look into this matter asap.

As after uncountable mail reminders/calls(to Sunny(+91-[protected])/ Customer Care/ Sagar Wadhwani(not sure about his surname)(phone number--[protected])) did not respond as Sunny( GRO) still is not picking up the call/ Sagar(whom you call the redressal manager) is not picking up the call( when asked for employee id of Sunny and sagar, , , sagar refused to give it to me and asked me to wait for the multiple days but no response from anywhere since the approval was provided over an email by Sunny Karmiyani(Useless guy) as higlighted in below email that over an email he provided the approval earlier/and even on IRDAI website that we will cover the disease after initial period of 30 days but when i took the loan from icici bank...he refused to pickup the call/ refused to respond over the email then help me understand why you people rejected my policy because you provided the approval over an email that's why i took the loan and paid you for that hen tell me who would be responsible now because you people are playing with the life of patients even you redressal manager/officers are useless because they are the defaulters also reason being you people are not responding over calls and emails
