Hello,

icicilom:[protected] refrence no - [protected] .

I am following for my refund on practically everyday from last more than 1 month, still there is no response from icici lombard end .

Everyday when i call the helpline no, every caller tells me that v have make a note to the priority executive team department and your cancellation and refund will be processed in another 24 to 48 hours which has not been done from atleast 6th of october 2021.

I have sent all the necessary documents which were checked by all the representative attending my calls and said that we have recd all documents and it will be processed .
Lastly i have sent a document on 18/10/2021 which i had followup and for the same no mail was recd from the company .
The priority executive team person named mr rohit nandi[protected] has confirmed all documents with me and processed ahead but fromlast 3 days again there nothing happening as i came to know when i again i called, today he told that there is some it technical issue going on .
My refund amount is much more and i guess delay is bcoz of the same from the company .
I request to look into the matter and do the needful asap !

hello,
again i had called the customer care on 23rd oct 2021 on saturday & came to know that my policy has been processed for cancellation and it will take a weeks time for the refund to reflect my account .
Since, this matter is 40 days old i urge to the company to make the refund on asap basis and relief me !

    I have renewed my health insurance policy on 21st September 2021, I haven’t received the copy of policy it has been almost a month and despite sending multiple remainder they are not replying to my mails even their POC stop replying to me and answering my calls.

        My phone was stolen during a journey that was insured by Lombard. The maximum claim that can be made for Loss of baggage is Rs 5000 but even for just 5k ICICI lombard has been consistently ignorant of my mails and stretched it out for more than a month, I have submitted all documents. I have even submitted the exact clause in policy that says my phone was covered, FIR, Everything asked by them and now they have rejected the policy saying it's not covered. Please look into this and help me process my claim. I've already lost a phone worth more than RS 30000 in theft, show some humanity to people's hard earned money.

          It has been around 60 days but still the ICICI Lombard unable to reimburse my medical claim amount. Even I called to customer care of the company, initially they told me every thing is ok from my side & within 2-3 working days the amount will be credited but happened nothing. As per their policy, in14 working days from the date of receive of original medical docs they could reimburse the amount but in my case they keeps on pending .

            I have taken Health Insurance Policy for my mother in Feb 2021, I have confirmed Diabetes as pre existing disease as Mother tested diabetic in Q4 2020. Mother got Covid and hospitalized along with all of our family members during April 2021 (Second Wave) and we have very tough time and by God's grave we all got discharged. I have submitted claim (Number[protected] for reimbursement in May 2021, after supporting back and forth documents and inputs till Aug, I have not had any update and finally I was told that Claim got rejected as "Non Disclosure" category.               Dear Sir,

              I am writing this email to your department only after feeling very helpless and getting traumatized with the behaviour of my health insurer - ICIC Lomabard. Below mentioned are my policy details with the same. My wife recently got diagnosed with optic neuritis issue after taking the first dosage of vaccination and from then she's been getting treated under the super vision of Dr.Sujith at Apollo Hospital - Sheshadripuram- Bangalore. She had to undergo multiple stages of treatment because of the severity of the issue and the re occurrence of the problem with in short period of time. Everytime I try to claim my insurance amount, the ICICI lombard has created issues and it was never a smooth process which they claim on their website. There is no proper response from them and every time we had to go through a lot of trouble to get the approvals. When ever we try to explain our problem to the customer relation ship person on customer care, we get treated very badly and this entire process has disturbed me personally and professionally.

              Yesterday[protected] my wife got admitted again for a treatment prescribed by Dr.Sujith from Apollo Sheshadripuram, when we applied for a pre auth, the insurer rejected the claim completely by mentioning the MOU reason between the hospital and the insurer, which was never ever informed to me as a client. This is a continuous treatment and we got admitted multiple times and also the same insurer approved all those bills. All of a sudden they have changed the process and neither I or the hospital was not informed. When approached them for a solution and tried to reach them multiple times, we were treated very badly and they are expecting us to make the payment first and check out from the hospital. The patient ( my wife is under severe pressure and she cannot take any uncertainties like this because of the neural issue which is facing right now. T

              I really appreciate if you can consider this email on priority and help us get out of this traumatic situation. I am sure there are 1000's of customers like me who are facing issues with the ICICI lombard insurer.

              Attached the current bill which is pending and the previous similar bill which got approved by the insurer.

              Also attached the declaration given by the Apollo hospital that they were not intimated by the insurer in regards to the changes which are done by the insurer.

              The issue is between the insurer and the hospital but me as a client who paid the premium to avoid these kind of situations is in a big trouble right now.

              I really appreciate and hope that at least you will take this case seriously and get me the required compensation for the trauma which me and my wife is going through because of the irresponsible and monopoly behaviour of the insurer.

              Because of this pressure, even I couldn't handle to my client queries and loosing focus on them which resulted in Rs.10, 000, 000 worth of loss from the business side for me. I definitely need this to be compensated by the Insurer.

                Regarding the claim number mentioned in subject line my father went under left eye catarak surgery for package mention in attached.
                There was confusion between the lens amount bifurcation of 10525rs (6k in package and rs4525 separate but in claim).
                Due to no recieve of approval on 16th Sept ate night I had to pay the balance amount of 4525 rs which was mention as per ICICI not to collect from patience.
                But now Wockhardt hospital is also not helping and ICICI Lombard.

                ICICI lombard also reject my amount of 4525rs. It was not my fault. At the end I paid that amount and it was Lens charges. Than why it is rejected. When that is to the main element of surgery and u r not paying for it than I will never ever recommend ICICI Lombard to any1. Kindly lodge a complaint please as I had paid to hospital and it has went from my pocket and also I had made co-payment as well.

                  After ICICI lomard support staffs stopped responding for and on going claim i raised a complaint with IRDA and finally taking after 45 days even then i have not got any solution to my claim. That too for a very small amount of claim the company took a hefty premium and deny to pay for the small claim . Now only i got to know IRDA is a waste department run by government of india where they cant take any action on the insurance company they can only take complaint and if the company dont respond then they ask us to go to the next department which is ombudsmen

                    I take a policy of my car No. DL 10 CJ 2289 from ICICI Lombard General Insurance on 03.12.2020 online . on 27.06.2021 i lodged claim No. MOT11122242 in ICICI Lombard they inspect my vehicle after 07 days of incident. after that they informed me that they would be investigate all the case and i provide all the documents they want. after that they give approval to start the work to Harpreet ford . when all the work of abovesaid vehicle was completed on dated 13.08.2021 they reject the claim and i regularly contact him but they block my phone number. please help and take legal action against ICICI Lombard.

                            ICICI Lombard is worst. Surveyors don't have time to do survey.

                            I had very bad experience with your service.
                            Today I raised claim request for my car insurance policy no: 3001/[protected]/00/000 to replace the damaged windshield.

                            But your surveyor Himanshu Rana didn't approve my claim till evening. I called him many times and agency person also called him, upload all documents/photos on your application and sent in email to him as well.

                            He denied to approve today and asked for tomorrow. He said over the phone call that he is busy with his personal work and will see it tomorrow. Do I really need to visit daily agency because of your bad policies???

                            Finally he asked to agency person to fix windshield without cashless. I had to pay the full amount approx 4700/-

                            Also, you gave me his manager Prafulla Banu's mobile contact number was picked up by some other surveyor. What is this????

                            At the time of purchasing the policy you told the big things, your commitments were so high... But on ground level it doesn't work.

                            Why should I pay the whole amount if your surveyor is busy and I have cashless policy??? I never faced this situation with my previous policy company.

                                The company has been delaying my claim from past 2.5months. Seems like do not want to pay. They do not check the origianals sent. the customersupport is actually of no support. Icici quality team also could not resolve my query. I sent the letter so many times still they come up with the same query. #notoicicilombard#notoicicihealthinsurance#patheticservice#tiredtalkingtothem

                                  I renewed my motorbike policy that is already running with ICICI Lombard on 22 July 2021. After I made the transaction they assured me that it will be renewed shortly but the policy wasn't renewed even after waiting for 2 more days. After two days they told me that the last 2 digits of my bike's chassis number has been erased so it is not eligible to be insured.

                                  A girl named Kiran told me that your whole amount will be returned within 72 hours but I haven't received the money after the said hours. After that, I keep on calling them but there was no satisfactory response from their side.

                                  Out of frustration, I called their customer support on 18002666 and told them the situation. One Mr. Praveen Semwal took my complaint with complain Id-[protected] and assured me that the amount of Rs. 1338 will get refunded by the 4th of Aug 2021.

                                  The due date of refund has already been passed and still, I haven't received my refund. It is really frustrating that a reputated company like ICICI Lombard is behaving like this with their customers.

                                  I Request Management and high authorities to look into this matter and settle it immediately.
