[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Fraud done by Icici lombard
Hello, my name is Suresh Kumar Prajapat . I have a xuv500. For that I purchased insurance policy from the Icici Lombard. Their executive contacted me for that. I told her that I am currently having Bajaj alliance policy and in which I am having a gps device. So please provide me the policy which includes the gps device so she send me the policy accordingly and I confirmed this before making the payment. I was told that I will get the gps device within a month so I was waiting as my earlier policy and device were working. After 2 months I again contacted her so she asked me to contact customer care I did that as well but I got to know that my policy does not have one of the add ons which is required for the gps device to be included in the policy. I told them that it is not my fault I paid the full amount and this is your executives mistake and I was also ready to pay for that missing add on but they didn’t agree and asked me to cancel this policy completely and renew it again. Now the question is why should I do that I paid extra 2000 rs for my policy to get the gps device as the normal policy offered by Icici Lombard executive was 2000rs cheaper than the Gps device policy as it has few add Ons in it. Please solve this issue I do not have much time to contact you on your customer care. You don’t pay me for that. It’s now 6 months and still this issue is not solved. My Icici Lombard policy id is 3001/[protected]/00/000
