Back in 2020, we insured our vehicle by purchasing ICICI LOMBARD insurance policy. Unfortunately our vehicle met with an accident. We got it repaired from the authorised service centre. They told us to wait for some time. The insurance claim will be transferred to your bank account eventually. So, we paid our full bill in cash. And waited for months but we didn’t received claim so we contacted ICICI LOMBARD and they told us after months...

We have booklet in which they said after 3 years of policy taking maternity is not covered .
Currently we are holding policy 4th year .
We never claimed for anything till today .
I. October also I called customer care 2 times and asked them maternity is covered or not . They cleary informed it is covered . I asked in this month for cashless claim customer care person saying maternity is not covered in my policy .br...
