Sir,
On 26th May, 2021 while I was driving with my wife to a city Ranebennur in Haveri district, Karnataka state. Before entering the city through underpass, a tractotr coming from opposite end dashed causing damage to the right part thr bumper along with headlight. Driver of the tractor was a villager and took to his left to pass and past my vehicle and turned through his right and brushed the rear part of the car damaging the tail lamp and hind bumper.As in impact from front end the cracks have been generated on wind shield glass. The insurance company (icicilombard) is not ready to accept. Ready to approve partial ie only front portion and their plead is rear bumper and wind shield are pre dented.I being a retired Professor donot know how to fake the data.

    Need status for our claim.I have sent the original settlement letter to Hyderabad office. We got an intimation saying the documents have been recd. It is also uploaded in our Icici Lombard app. again the same query was raised. again uploaded the PDF version of the settlement letter. Surprisingly we got a call on 13th July saying your amount has been processed and we will get the amount in 14 days.
    again when we called the Customer executive he says on 15th july again query was raised and it was same pending settlement letter. What the heck is going on???

    Please check my recent emails. Your CUSTOMER care support team does not check the emails. The settlement letter has been shared and shared again recently on 16th August. the CUSTOMER support executive had informed that the claims team will review it. I really do not understand. You guys do not check your emails and documents shared and ask for the same documents again. Today again i received an email form the CUSTOMER support asking for TPA letter. what ### is this. Please remember we are yet to renew the policy and we are reconsidering #ICICIlombard.

      I was admitted in sri vasantham hospital due to corona. On June 1st From hospital end they were submitted the claim.(Claim No: [protected]-1).

      Still request is not yet approved. Hardly 50 days got ovet. When will approve the claim request?

      Note: From same hostipal one of the patient submitted the claim After June. But he got the approval and amount also received.

      I can't understand and am already suffered due to corona. Multiple time i was contacted the customer care but still claim is not yet approved.

        I have taken ICICI general insurance for my household items which were due to transported from Bangalore to Tamluk (West Bengal) so I opt for the insurance because there were many things and i didnt want to loose any of those. The value of the goods were ~75000.
        I was informed about the transporter about the insurance and assured me that even the loss of 2000 would be covered.
        When those items reached my place in west bengal, i found many kitchen items were broken like coffee mugs, plastic jars etc. I reported same to the insurance. To my surprise they said since my loss was below rs 10000 they will not reimburse any amount.
        I was never informed about any condition like that when I paid for that insurance.

          I Sourav sharma R/o 125 Priyadarshani Vihar Part 1 Delhi 110009, want to state following facts and harassment faced by me from ICICI Lombard Insurance against settlement of Insurance Claim filed by me.

          I Own Vehicle Registration no. DL2CAV5373 FORD ECOSPORTS which is Insured by ICICI LOMBARD

          Policy no. 3001/[protected]/00/000 Vehicle IDV 458541.00 Total Premium Paid 14551.00 Valid from Aug09, 2020 and Valid Till Aug 08 2021.

          I Own Single car which is Hypothecated to HDFC Bank Ltd, I would like to state here On Date 18/07/2016 I was travelling back home and all off sudden there was Smoke & fire observed in front of my car at Engine area. On Date 19/05/2021 I intimated Insurance Company regarding fire accident to ICICI Lombard as per there advise I toed my Car to Harpreet ford Kundli and as advised car is parked at Harpreet Ford Kundli ( Garage name Bharat Motors) Claim was raised on Date20/05/2021 Vide Claim no MOT11019465 dated 20/5/2021.

          I would Like to draw your attention to Your Good self

          a. ICICI Lombard and Harpreet Ford Has not shared Survey Report with Us

          b. Why no Intimation was given to me for rejecting Claim, and why it took more than 55 days to reject claim

          c. Once the Claim was approved for repairs as per Annexure 1, Under what reasons and Technical Inputs Claim has been rejected - No written Report has been provided to me.

          Respected Sir/ Madam I request to Please enquire into non ethical Intentions of ICICI Lombard and Harassment being faced by me, request full Insurance Claim to be passed on to me along with Parking Fees at Garage / Travelling Charges as per Policy Schedule

            Please consider this Email as a formal request to cancel the referenced insurance policy. The effective date of policy cancellation is 13-Jul-2021. I already discussed with a customer representative raised the req no:[protected].

            I am also requesting return my amount immediately to my account. email already shared on 14 Jul but they are saying didnt receive any email.

              From the past 10 days, I have received many calls from ICICI Lombard that "Health insurance is mandatory for the credit card holders". And they also told me that we will deduct 500 rs. or 600 rs. monthly for this insurance from my account. I told them that I don't need this Insurance but still, they are forcing and saying that it is a mandatory thing to do.

              How can a bank deduct money without a prior notice or without intimating it while applying for a credit card?

              If my money gets debited for this Lombard insurance policy, I'm not gonna tolerate it.

              Please look into this issue and Cancel this Policy.

                I had taken ICICI Lombard health policy number 4015I/OPDM/[protected]/00/000 on 25th June 2020 which was expired on 24th June 2021.
                In this policy my sum insured amount was 10 lakhs which I want to increase to 20 lakhs now.
                But now my age is 46 and i submit the details by calculating premium online on ICICI Lombard website then that error is coming whose screen shot is attached with this mail.
                I am getting policy renu calls from many of ICICI customer care representatives and they are also sending the link but same error is coming on all those links. Even customer care representative tried on their behalf, the same error is coming and all of them say that I should get the policy renewed through them offline but I have to renew the policy online through credit card. you help me in this regard.

                      Fake claim withdrawal letter

                      Back in 2020, we insured our vehicle by purchasing ICICI LOMBARD insurance policy. Unfortunately our vehicle met with an accident. We got it repaired from the authorised service centre. They told us to wait for some time. The insurance claim will be transferred to your bank account eventually. So, we paid our full bill in cash. And waited for months but we didn’t received claim so we contacted ICICI LOMBARD and they told us after months...

                      We have booklet in which they said after 3 years of policy taking maternity is not covered .
                      Currently we are holding policy 4th year .
                      We never claimed for anything till today .
                      I. October also I called customer care 2 times and asked them maternity is covered or not . They cleary informed it is covered . I asked in this month for cashless claim customer care person saying maternity is not covered in my policy .

                            Respected Sir,
                            ICICI Lombard Insurance Company not releasing claim amount and they have raised a unreasonable reason which is out of their terms and conditions. I have medically tested Covid 19 positiv, the test was done by the Govt. of West Bengal Hospital. On my OPD patient card (Reg. No 13718 dated 13.05.2021) left side under clinical note It has clearly mentioned that " Covid 19 positive as per Rapid antigen test report ")

                            Not only me but also my wife was Covid 19 Positive tested by Govt. of West Bengal Hospital, Please find the attachment.

                            I have fulfilled their all terms and Conditions but till now my Claim status is pending and I did not get the entire sum insured as a lump sum amount as per insurance policy certificate .
                            Here I am repeating their terms and conditions of my coronavirus insurance of ICIC Lombard (Claim No. SCM[protected] and Policy No.COI2007250104055730000593) below:
                            1. Payout on first diagnosis of COVID-19 Cover: INR 25, 000 After a 14 day waiting period, if you are diagnosed positive for COVID-19 by a Govt. designated centre, you will be paid the entire sum insured as a lump sum amount.
                            2. Tested in Government designated laboratories The insured must have tested positive for COVID-19 by a Government designated laboratory in India using only those specific test(s) as defined by
                            Government authorities
                            ICICI Lombard are harassing a Covid 19 patient.
                            Therefore, I pray before you please look into the matter and help me to live.
                            I have submitted/uploaded all proper documents in their link.

                            On 12.06.2021 I visited Kotulpur Rural Hospital Govt. of West Bengal, PS - Kotulpur, Bankura, PIN - 722141, Bankura with my Covid 19 Positive test report patient card and I requested him/her to mention the Hospital name then The Medical Officer have given the seal on the patient OPD card.

                            Also, the above Covid 19 positive report with prescription I have uploaded in the link of ICICI Lombard Insurance Company.

                            Therefore, I pray before you that please look into the matter.

                              I met and accident on 22nd May and registered a claim on 23rd May, my car is at the garage from 24th May, 2021. But as per the surveyor ( Soumya Banerjee ) we have to claim for multiple damages though it was happened in a single accident. He is forcing us to pay for two claim, and not co-operating at all. I've zero depreciation insurance and paid a good amount while buying this insurance. Why in the first place the entire process is so much flawed? I cant contact anybody when your surveyor is stupid money seeking person, I called customer service multiple times and they are saying they are just the middleman and cant tell much details on the claim.
                              Now the situation is I dont have any information on the recent status, when will it be resolved and if it'll be resolved at all and I'll get back my car? I dont know why ICICI strategically made this happen to pass so many days without doing anything and torture customers while in claim. But they are very attentive and reachable while buying the insurance. Its not at all expected from ICICI. I need this to be resolved ASAP and get my car.

                                Hello Nikita Mam,

                                Greetings of the day..!
                                Today I got a call from the vehicle service center, in which I came to know that the main parts of the claim were not even approved.
                                where we already discussed that 60% amount the company will pay and the rest 40% I have to pay.
                                Here, what is the use of my claim that some parts have been approved and the other parts should be repaired separately.

                                When I called my claim person Mr Navneet([protected]) for query, they are not picking up my phone and later switched off his phone.

                                I am not at all happy with this half-hearted service, I can't wait to much because my bike already stuck in service center from last 2 months and If I will repair rest parts from self then definitely I am going to disclose it over Twitter and rest all over.

                                At least according to the discussion that was held, we had to work, didn't we?
                                Because this is not a service quality.

                                  On 27-04-21 My car was completely damaged by some anti-social elements. According to which I have gave my car whose number is DL4CAX4309. I gave him the nearest showroom by Rohan Motors udyog vihar greater noida. According to which Claims of only 20% of the damage done to my car were even passed by Icici Lombard insurance company and other 80% claims were rejected by insurance company surveyor Mr madhur tyagi for any unnecessary reason. In which this attack the key of my car was also snatched by those people.About which I also got fir done in my nearest police station and I gave a copy of it to the insurance company by the adviser.For which the lock of my car Neither was rejected by ICICI Lombard nor were the rear and front bumpers passed of my car.If in the future my car is harmed by those anti-social elements, then will the ICIC company take responsibility for it.
