Fake claim withdrawal letter

Back in 2020, we insured our vehicle by purchasing ICICI LOMBARD insurance policy. Unfortunately our vehicle met with an accident. We got it repaired from the authorised service centre. They told us to wait for some time. The insurance claim will be transferred to your bank account eventually. So, we paid our full bill in cash. Amount deducted from my account but refund not processed

I insurance my motorcycle online.
Payment is not done but amount deducted.
I complaint for both bank and icici Lombard for amount deduct but still 7 month no refund process....

Non releasing / delay claim amount

Respected Sir,
ICICI Lombard Insurance Company not releasing claim amount and they have raised a unreasonable reason which is out of their terms and conditions. Motor Insurance claim is not settled after 10 days

I met and accident on 22nd May and registered a claim on 23rd May, my car is at the garage from 24th May, 2021. But as per the surveyor ( Soumya Banerjee ) we have to claim for multiple damages though it was happened in a single accident. He is forcing us to pay for two claim, and not co-operating at all. I had shifted my house hold goods from Delhi to Bangalore through data packers and movers Dwaraka. I was issued damage claim policy for my household goods. Many items were damaged and when I asked for claim they are saying that it is transporter problem they will pay for the damages. Is so then why did they give the policy. Were both not aware who should pay for the damage. Both are playing cat mouse game. Both don't want to pay for the damages....

The amount deducted for cancellation of policy is too much

I have paid 48000 for three policies in 30-dec-2019 as part of house loan process where there's three policies are said mandatory. Now the construction is still pending and I don't do t want to buy the property anymore. I did cancelled the loan and asked icici lambord to cancel my policies. They cancelled my policies and refunded 24000 which is half of what I paid to them. The police's are for five years and I cancelled them...
