Through this mail, I want to highlight the fictitious debits imposed in my bank account for the health policy purchases from Icici Lombard.
In the month of August, I purchased health policy for myself and daughter and paid premium of 50596/-This premium has to be deducted in 3 monthly instalments of 17317/- per month in Oct-22, Nov-22 and Dec-22.
To my surprise on 3rd Oct and 4th Oct my account was debited three times instead of One EMI. I immediately lodged complaint to ICICI Lombard team and ICICI bank team on 3rd October but till date there has been no resolution. On further findings I came to know that ICICI bank has created 3 loan account for one health policy purchases instead of creating one loan account. Mention below:-

This looks to me some fraud done by bank authorities and ICICI Lombard team where if there is no resolution in next 48 hours, I will force to lodge complaint in IRDA, consumer court and bank ombudsman.
