My (BYD Electric) Car insurance of policy no.3001/[protected]/00/000. I put my car in an insurance claim on 25/8/2022 and our surveyor Mr. AKASH VALA agreed to claim the back side part of the car on the driver side but is refusing to claim the side mirror of the driver side. While Driving a Loading Rickshaw came and hit side mirror and back side of Driver side below charging point but Mr. AKASH VALA is refusing to pass the claim for side mirror of driver side and has passed claim for back of driver side. According to Mr. AKASH VALA as there are no scratch on side mirror he won't pass the claim of side mirror of driver side. Mr. AKASH VALA passed the claim for the back side of the driver side and gave us the car but when the car was delivered to us by cargo motors there were scratches on the side mirror and we showed them. Delivery people (Byd Service Manager)from Cargo motors send the photos to Mr. AKASH VALA of straches of side mirror on driver side but Mr. AKASH VALA is refusing to pass side mirror claim saying that he can understand by looking at the pictures that there are scratches but can't pass the claim as he would not be able to explain it to the department department.

    Through this mail, I want to highlight the fictitious debits imposed in my bank account for the health policy purchases from Icici Lombard.

    In the month of August, I purchased health policy for myself and daughter and paid premium of 50596/-This premium has to be deducted in 3 monthly instalments of 17317/- per month in Oct-22, Nov-22 and Dec-22.

    To my surprise on 3rd Oct and 4th Oct my account was debited...

    Dear Team,
    I have purchased insurance from the ICICI LOMBARD before purchasing the insurance I had the conversation with one of your team member he told me about the 95% coverage called your in the insurance then i purchased it through online.
    Now the concern is that in my OLA scooter, it has an internal damage issue and now the scooter is under insurance but OLA agent told me to pay 50% amount then i called again to ICICI LOMBARD customer care number then again your member told me about 95% coverage. Ideally OLA should not asked me for 50% coverage to pay. I won't be able to pay 50% of the total amount.
    I request you to kindly do the best for me.

    I won't be able to pay 50% and moreover why i should pay 50% when your team had told me about the 95% coverage by the policy company. When it was 95% then only i preferred the ICICI Lombard otherwise why ?

    Request you to kindly solve the concern as soon as possible otherwise unfortunately I have to go legally with you.

    I have purchased insurance from the ICICI LOMBARD before purchasing the insurance I had the conversation with one of your team member he told me about the 95% coverage called your in the insurance then i purchased it through online.

      My car got accident and it was damaged only 2 parts. They claimed insurance for only one part and other part of the damaged part in vehicle not claimed. They simply telling not matching and denied the claim. It is not fair. In accident, we not sure multiple damages may happen right. If you keep doing like this, then you will lose customer.

        My wife had a pregnancy operation on 27/8/2022 at Yashoda Hospital, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. I called ICICI Lombard health insurance customer care 4 times 10 days before the operation to ask whether there is maternity cover or not and that time all customer care people said that sir you have 100% cover and you can use it and it is cashless you don't have to pay anything.
        I got my wife treated at Yashoda Hospital because they((ICICI Lombard health insurance) people told me that you have maternity cover otherwise I would get my wife treatment in some other hospital.
        now after operation they are saying that it is not covered it is optional, If it was optional, then before the operation, I had called and asked so many times,
        then no one said this, everyone said that it is coverd.no one told us in the last 3 years that it is optional, now they are treating it like this.
        they(ICICI Lombard health insurance) all are doing fake commitments to people, making people fool, lying and doing frauds...
        Even now they are not responding, when I am calling, every time from the last 5 days they are saying that they will call back in 24- 48 hours or 2-4 hours.

        It's a humble request to do the needful.

          My car met with an accident and got damaged. I have full insurance of my car with ICICI Lombard. After registering the claim, I got an SMS with the Surveyor Phone Number but he/she is not answering the phone at all.

          The customer care is not much helpful as most of it is automated questions and answers.

          My Claim No. is MOT 12569848.

          I kept my car in the showroom and they are charging Rs. 250 for every 24 hours for keeping it.

          Kindly get back to me as soon as possible.

            On scrutiny of the documents, it is noted that insured expired on 20 Apr 2021 and the policy was expired on 29 Jan 2021. Hence the claim falls outside the purview of the captioned policy.

            Also note the policy period is from[protected] to[protected].

              Dear sir, it is to bring your kind notice that my claim is rejected due to the same cause they mentioned earlier. I got a call from the ICICI Lombard representative on the 07th of July 2022, and I clearly mentioned my hospitalization cause and renewal of my policy. It is simply a matter of their irresponsibility towards their client. It is a true statement as a matter of fact I furnished below:
              1. I buy this policy on 20th Feb 2020. On the 10th of August 2020, I was hospitalized due to my health issues andwas diagnosed with Organic Manic disorder, Chronic Anemia, and Hypothyroidism. At that time claim was raised by me but was denied due to the exclusions of policy rules.
              2. Since then I am under observation and continue medication for the abovementioned health issues. I took Iron tables since I was diagnosed and my Hb level did not rise during 2 years of medication. So I was suggested by doctors for further examination for Chronic Anaemia.
              3. Before 19th Feb 2021, I renewed my policy for the next period of 2021-22 and the ICICI representative Mr. Barun Saha told me clearly that the renewed policy will now covere all the enlisted standard diseases (the list was sent through the mail which is the base of this complaint) which were not covered at the time of newly purchased policy as I am their loyal customer. During the period of renewal policy, it is clearly said that if any of the enlisted disease(s), if diagnosed during hospitalization the claim, will be refunded. It was clearly said that if I was hospitalized for any reason and if I was diagnosed positive for enlisted standard disease(s) the claim will be refunded.
              4. On the 04th of Feb 2022 before expiry of the policy I was hospitalized for further examination of Chronic Anemia, I was diagnosed with Chronic Anemia- Microcytic Hypochromic Anemia, Hypothyroidism, Organic Mania along with Gastric Erosions- Ulcer in Z-line, Hiatus Hernia, H-Pylori Positive. The later diseases are covered in my renewed policy for which I raised the Hospitalization claim of Rs, 27074/- only.
              5. Now, when I was made a query for the reason of rejection, the ICICI Lombard representative said that there is no such medical record found in the hospital when the company representative visited the hospital for case investigation, which is a fully fake statement because till date I am visiting the hospital for the same reason as suggested and all medical records are up to date in their server.
              6. I would also want to mention that from the day one I buy this policy, I completed One full year, renewed it before 19th Feb 2021 for 2nd year and again before 19th Feb 2022 for the 3rd year. I am eligible for the claim for hospitalization according to the renewal policy.
              7. Lastly, I want to mention, that the reason they are giving for rejection is totally unfair. This is what I feel as a policyholder.
              It is my sincere request to you, kindly take serious action in this matter, as it is too hard to bear this financial loss to me. With lots of faith, I am looking forward to your action and I wil get justice. Thanking you.

              Dear sir, it is extremely frustration experience to submit complaint again and again for the same reason. I would like to make the statement very clear that the company did not respond my concern. They simply want to get away from this case. I urge that strict action should be taken againt them. Neither they resolve the issue nor they give a clarification. In my updated complaint it is clearly mention that the said claim made after the renewal of the policy and I am eligible for the hospitalization claim. Though they are rejecting my claim. Please take this matter seriously as this will happen to others also by company. Since the company showed the complaint status resolved but they simply send a auto generated mai. No any communication made for this issue.

                The policy agent got the amount Rs 15000 from me and issued the policy for another person. I have raised the complaint through mail and got the reply is found proposal number [protected] where insured name is KARAMJEET SINGH and policy 3001/[protected]/00/B00. Whether the policy is issued for other person with my amount how can I cancel the policy? . How can I get my money back. I don't want to activate any other policy bacause that issuer is cheated me.                   It is aprise to all of you that i purchase one Bharti AXA health policy from policyBazaar online in 2017. I was regular renewing this policy from 2017 with premium of INR 4784. As well as last year in 2021 i paid INR 8065 for renewing this policy beacuse Bharti AXA increase rates.

                  Now in this year ICICLombard (Merged with BhartiAXA) asking for INR 17550 for renew the same policy.

                  I contact to customer care for resolve this issue on dated 01/July/2022 with ticket number [protected]. But till now no any person call back to me regarding this issue.

                  So request you to all of you kindly resolve my concern premium hike for my existing policy on priority because my renewal date is 22/7/2022.

                      The complainant was hospitalized from 04.02.2022 to 07.02.2022 and diagnosed with Chronic Anemia, Gastric Erosions, Ulcer in Z line, Hiatus Hernia, H pylori, Hypothyroidism and Organic Mania along with the chief complaint of Persistent Low Haemoglobin.
                      According to the first policy renewal term, it was told that some standard diseases will cover in case of hospitalization ( communication mail image attached) and expenditure of hospitalization bill will reimburse at the time of case settlement. After discharging I made a reimbursement claim with all required documents it was rejected. After making all queries it was suggested that I have to submit the claim form again. Another rejection mail is sent to me with the same exclusion para that is not a satisfactory explanation for me as it was not mentioned at the time of renewal.
                      I am uploading the required documents and communication e-mail for supporting my case. This is for your kind perusal and necessary action.
                      Hence, the complainant urges justice.

                      The problem is still there. The company sends the same exclusion message. It seems that the message is auto-generated mail. I am not happy with their approach. Kindly help me.

                      Regarding my hospitalization claim, the company people simply twisted the words and still have not resolved my complaint which I made earlier. According to my policy renewal, it is said that in case of hospitalization of any of the standard listed diseases (mail has attached with the claim) if diagnosed the claim will be given but now they twisting the words and saying that your diagnosis report is not found before hospitalization and they simply rejected my case again and again. It seems that the company policy is not in the favour of the insured person. Kindly help me in this regard.

                        गाड़ी की दुर्घटना 11.02.2022 को हुई थी। अब दुर्घटना को लगभग 04 महीने का समय बीत गया है। एक लंबी क्लेम प्रक्रिया के बाद गाड़ी मई महीने 2022 में रिपेयर हो गयी थी। जिसका रिपेयर बिल 27.05.2022 को बना था। यह रिपेयर बिल बीमा कंपनी व सर्वेयर साहब दोनो को दे दिया गया था। बीमा धारक ग्राहक की बीमा पालिसी मे zero depreciation add on coverage व consumables ad on coverage दोनों शामिल थी। गाड़ी का रिपेयर बिल लगभग 3 लाख 98 हजार रूपये था।

                        बीमा कंपनी ने जून महीने 2022 की शुरुआत मे cashless claim facility के लिए लगभग 3 लाख 28 हजार रूपये का delivery order दिया। यह अमाउंट रिपेयर बिल के सापेक्ष लगभग 65 हजार रूपये कम था। जो कि एक बहुत बड़ा अंतर है।

                          Switch of health insurance from Bharti AXA to ICICI Lombard. Name of Insurer is KUMAR SAURAV but in new ICICI Lombard policy shared it is mentioned as SAURAV KUMAR which is incorrect. We paid premium and now the Policy document has this issue. I have reached out to your team 6-7 times and still issue hasn't been resolved. They keep asking documents which I have already provided. This is sort of harshment and it feels ICICI Lombard doesn't care for their customers. I kindly ask you to look into.
                          Your customer care is asking for RC of a vehicle to update name of Health Insurance?? I mean really?? Does it make any sense? Intercation with customer care#[protected]

                          Merger from Bharti AXA to ICICI Lombard made the name of insurer from KUMAR SAURAV to SAURAV KUMAR and also nominee relationship from BROTHER to SPOUSE. If you can't handle the merger properly then please don't take such steps. Your customer care Priority Desk Mr. Juned is acting like a bot and sending same emails again asking for a RC of a vehicle. I will take it to PMO and other health ministry if not resolved in due time. Email me.

                            I have zero depreciation insurance certificate policy no. 3005/[protected]/00/[protected]
                            But we didn't get benefit of zero depreciation

                              I take my car insurance policy from ICICI Lombard customer care internet service in Jan 2022. My policy number is 3001/[protected]/00/000 and its comprehensive policy. I faced my car accident on 17.05.20222. I raised claim to support this issue via claim number MOT12243710. This claim number is assigned to Mr. Sumit Kumar having Mobile number [protected], mail ID sumit.[protected]@icicilombard.com
                              On phone call and mail, ICICI Lombard gave following excuses to me: -
                              NCB @50% taken in current policy
                              Last year policy is only TP policy
                              In revert, I asked to ICICI Lombard, if I was not eligible than why ICICI Lombard offered this policy to me, I did payment of a comprehensive policy, and I feel very harassment from ICICI Lombard side due to this issue, so please take this matter seriously and share approval to me against submitted estimate
