Icici Lombard — issue:- did not get reimbursement of medical insurance claim amount | |||
Hi, I am pranshu sharma sister of satyam sharma to whom this request is being raised. I am writing this complaint on befhalf of my brother for the reimbursement of accidental claim amount. This is ridiculously have been frustrating experience with icici lombard in getting the reimbursement amount of worth rupee 120007/- (Twelve thousand seven rupees only) which now seems a dream to me which is never going to happen. I have been continuously following up for this issue for 3-4 months and yet eagerly waiting to get our claimed amount. They asked to submit all the documents and bills those were sent over email to respective email ids:- ([protected]@icicilombard.com, [protected]@healthbeema.com, Ravi. [protected]@healthbeema.com) The treatment was done in blk hospital, new delhi patient satyam sharma was admitted on 13 january, 2020 and discharged on 16 january, 2020. The hospitalization bill was of 1, 16, 000/-rupees which was paid thorough "delhi arogya kosh" by the govt. Of delhi. We didn't apply for that bill, we only applied for a post hospitalization bill. 12, 007/- rs Documents are already forwarded to icici multiple times but they are continuously denying it and emphasizing again and again for the amount of 1, 16, 000/- which has already been paid by delhi government. Perhaps we are paying the price for being a good citizen and not accepting the amount 1, 16, 000/- which does not belong to us. Earlier, Interaction id was[protected]. Two Passport size photos of Proposer as Documents are Mandatory for Claims above Rs. 100, 000/- (Please mention mother's name in C KYC form as it is mandatory field) 2. Kindly furnish the original payment receipts towards final bill Rs. 116074/- for further processing of the claim. Kindly provide us settlement letter or approval letter of Govt. of Delhi for the payment of Rs. 1, 16, 000/- to process the post hospitalization bills and to waive off the second query.
