I own Hyundi vehicle HR81B4023 nios which I bought for this last year in February..and mishap occur with my vehicle on 20th NOV 2022 at 8:30pm. which practically body damage and engin is absolutely same and working just the body got damaged..next just my vehicle handover to body shop with all reports after that guarantee cycle start with bank ICICI in examination all episode shared to agents with every single appropriate record and pictures where mishap happen yet after right around 30 days I got update from body shop that guarantee dismissed due not legitimized of accident and still no bank staff called or mailed my reason of rejection ..after getting all thing in right shape than likewise could anybody reject..I at any point demand you documented my grumbling for positive outcomes.
Now my fatter called surveyor MR.AJAY KUMAR ([protected]) AND their head ANKUR SHARMA and they denied that they will not help .After caling daily they are saying we will re-investigate the spot where accident happen for all drama seeing and listening today they are not picking any call and saying do whatever you want to do.
I live in village so every one knows about my accident and One car which is coming from behind that guy only help to come out from car ..and your staff mailed to showroom in that case also i am not aware ... how can forensic expert not justified the spot of accident it means if i gone die or heavy injuire on my body than only you will pass claim.
I want to take action on your Insvestigation officer Mr A.gupta [protected]( THIS GUYS WORDING AT TIME OF INVESTING ...SIR AAP THO BILKUL SAHI HAI KYU KUCH NAI HUA .
STILL I DINT GET ANY REJECTION LETTER OR CALL..
