My wife had a pregnancy operation on 27/8/2022 at Yashoda Hospital, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. I called ICICI Lombard health insurance customer care 4 times 10 days before the operation to ask whether there is maternity cover or not and that time all customer care people said that sir you have 100% cover and you can use it and it is cashless you don't have to pay anything.
I got my wife treated at Yashoda Hospital because they((ICICI Lombard health insurance) people told me that you have maternity cover otherwise I would get my wife treatment in some other hospital.
now after operation they are saying that it is not covered it is optional, If it was optional, then before the operation, I had called and asked so many times,
then no one said this, everyone said that it is coverd.no one told us in the last 3 years that it is optional, now they are treating it like this.
they(ICICI Lombard health insurance) all are doing fake commitments to people, making people fool, lying and doing frauds...
Even now they are not responding, when I am calling, every time from the last 5 days they are saying that they will call back in 24- 48 hours or 2-4 hours.
It's a humble request to do the needful.
