    "I, Sushil Agarwal, had taken a Property Insurance Policy no. 1015/[protected]/00/000, but due to an issue of tenure I had to take another Policy No. 1015/[protected]/00/000." Amount being Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)

    This was the above mail I had written them on 17.12.2021 for cancellation of the policy and refund of my amount.

    Till date I have not yet received the amount and the people who were responsible in this case are not answering my calls now. Are these people absolute cheaters?

    I would like to file a complaint on the ICICI Lomabard and its employees for unprofessional behaviour. I have tried contacting them more tahn 100 times, but these people are bloody shameless.

    People against whom strict action should be taken are -
    Arnab Roy & Abhishek Sen

    I would hereby like to file a compalint for refund of the amount Rs. 5000/- along with interest at 36% per annum from the date on which I had first made the reuest for refund, i.e. 17.12.2021

    Also, the compensation for mental agony for Rs. 10, 000/-

    Attached are the screenshots of the mails I have sent to the company, nodal officers and ombudsman, still the case is not resolved.

        Kunal this side from faridabad, I was purchased my car policy from icici Lombard against policy no 3001/[protected]/00/000 of my car number HR51BU4719..
        I was raised a claim on dated 05/02/2023, also the car was picked up by TCS Maruti Sarai Faridabad due to my vehicle is damaged by a small accident..
        But the claim has not settled till yet due to they are arguing to I'm using my personal vehicle to commercial use, how is this possible this is my personal vehicle I'm use it by myself only its a single hanged personal vehicle in which have installed OBD for live tracking.. You can check it out the running which is maximum running in local area than how they can say thia stupidity argues.. Also if you want to file a investigation for the same my consent is okay for the same if by anything else you can find out this vehicle is running as commercial activities you can do anything you want but need the investigation nd close the same on priority..
        I'm doing job also have a video recording for my car using every time nd date I'm sel[censored]sing my car for my personal use or my family use not for commercial activities..
        I'm really getted frustrated with this daily argument & I'm not so much rich for paid this dent thats why I'm insured my car with zero dept..
        This complaint is my last hope pls do something & raise the investigation please..
        Please do the needful on top most priority.. If you want anything from myself you can let me know I'll provide to you for the same..

          Hi,

          I have requested my icici health policy renewal, after which the premium amount was debited from my account on 29th January 2023.
          It's been 25 days now and I still haven’t received my policy yet. When raised another complaint with the Lombard team they are saying that they cannot find the successful transactions. For this, I have provided success amount debit proofs multiple times but still, there’s no resolution.
          My current policy expires on 4th February.
          I haven’t got my renewed policy.

            Sorry to say, But I have done a big mistake in my life to go with ICICI Lombard. I am doing continuous followup with you guys for the last 20 days for a small renewal solution.

            My policy No is 4128i/iHA/[protected]/05/000 and it’s going to expire on 7th Feb I renewed this on 2nd Feb. more than 10 times, I called support but did not get any solution yet. Everyone passed the ball to support, service, and quality but no one gave me a solution.

            Please advise how I can get the solution if I need to take another way. Please let me know.

            Today I discussed this with Madura regarding the same and she confirm Swati is working on it and she will call me back but I have not got any call from her. I am really very surprised on ICICI lombard support.

            I have had a very similar experience recently. Very casual and delayed approach from support in resolving some basic concerns. Every support guy would end up diverting the issue and not addressing the real problem. I think ICICI has overgrown its size, not able to manage the supervision of their staff.

              My Maruti Suzuki IGNIS Delta Diesel Car bearing no.
              WB40AH7309 coverd under Maruti Insurance Policy no.
              3001/MI[protected]/00/000 (Period of Insurance from 12-Jul-2022 to
              11-Jul-2023) met with an accident on 29.12.2022 wherein passengers
              were also injured.
              After a bit recovery the vehicle was brought to NEXA Repair shop (SWG)
              at Durgapur with the help of Recovery Van on 15/01/2023.
              After much follow ups the Insurance-Repair team at SWG, Durgapur could
              prepare one estimate for repairing of the vehicle after the inspection
              of the car by the Surveyor / Claim Manager appointed by the Insurance
              Co.
              Considering the liability of the Insurance Co. is limited to 75% of
              the vehicle's IDV of Rs. 285577.00 i.e., maximum of Rs. 214182.00, I
              agreed / confirmed to pay the balance amount of repair charges beyond
              Rs. 214182.00.
              Understanding from reliable sources it has been learnt that the
              estimated amount which was submitted for approval from Insurance Co.
              was much lower than the liability limit of the Insurance Co.
              As communicated to me that the Insurance Co. is all set to settle the
              claim as Total Loss, I disagreed and requested to get my car repaired
              up to the mark with realisation of the balance amount from me as
              above.
              As I have been owning/driving/using Maruti Car since 1996 (Maruti 800
              : WB02C0321 - Maruti Wagon R : WB38L5005 - Maruti ZEN Estilo :
              WB38V7930 - Maruti IGNIS : WB40AH7309) and is very much fond
              of/habituated/conversant/tuned with the existing car under reference,
              I very much desire to get back this car fully repaired.

                    Hi I have purchased a car insurance from ICICI Lombard and the details are as follows:

                    Policy Number : 3001/[protected]/00/000
                    Policy Start Date :[protected]
                    Policy End Date :[protected]
                    Premium Amount (₹) : 3087/-
                    Previous policy: DCAR[protected]/00 (ACKO)

                    I have provided my previous year ACKO policy copy and its clearly mentioned 1061 CC but I received the new policy with 998 CC which is incorrect. I have asked them to correct that but they are forcing me to pay further premium for their manual error as on the year of my car registration the model does not have anything specific to 998 CC. I have forwarded the previous year policy along with my R.C. after I got the new policy immediately. I told them that car will be running on road so please resolve the matter immediately and update the CC. Even their pathetic call centre is telling me it’s their own error but anyway I have to pay. I don’t understand for their own error why should I pay as I never mentioned to urged to quote low and defer the CC, and its clearly their fault. I sent mail to their grievance team as well but no resolve until now. I am facing very much trouble for that as when I am driving my car I am thinking if something happens then what will be the case then. And I must tell you I have got very bad response and pathetic service for ICICI Lombard and I am feeling if this is the case for a general car insurance then I have my Term insurance with them as well, giving a though should I continue that with them? I don’t know. Waiting for a resolve and let it be clear from my side that I won’t pay for their error. Please help me out.

                    1. They are sorry and will resolve but nothing as its been so many days
                    2. They are asking for further premium for endorsement changes unless they can’t do anything ( but I am asking to correct their error, just revise the previous policy and update the CC as per the policy)

                        Motor car insurance claim reject

                        I own Hyundi vehicle HR81B4023 nios which I bought for this last year in February..and mishap occur with my vehicle on 20th NOV 2022 at 8:30pm. which practically body damage and engin is absolutely same and working just the body got damaged..next just my vehicle handover to body shop with all reports after that guarantee cycle start with bank...

                            I have transferred my home loan from PNBHFL to SBI. My property insurance policy is of ICICI Lombard with Policy No. 1001/[protected]/00/000. I has to hypothecate this policy to SBI.

                            Initiate I raised required on 29 sept 22 for hypothecation but the customer care said on 30 sept to contact my relationship manager. As my earlier relationship manager was not reachable, Mr. Bambale from ICICI Lombard called me on 4th Oct 22 related to my request of hypothecation and asked me to send certain documents.

                            Accordingly I sent him all documented on 4th Oct 22 on his email vilas.[protected]@icicilombard.com and thereafter constantly in touch with him for the update. But he is giving me next dates. Earlier he said it required 30 days. Few days back I called him and now he said, 45 days are required.

                            On 21 Nov. I raised complaint to customer care through email and raised my concern regarding delay and Mr. Bambale. The customer care inform me to assist but it will further delay.

                            Today 7 Dec 22 also I made follow up mail with copy to GRO and Bima Lokpal. I hope this will help.

                            Whatever is the reason but it is not my fault for which I am suffering.

                            I need this hypothecation very urgently.

                            Please help me to get the documents.

                                My honda activa got accident so i given to Kanchana Honda Mangalore for the repair, i given my vehicle on 5.11.2022 still date its not repaired and after many followups i am getting stupide excuses saying that ICICI Lombard people are not responding t Kanchan honda for the claim, yester day i got a call from the Auto agency saying that it will take 15 day more time.

                                I really wonder i was having insurance with cholamandalam insurance company some days ago this auto agency people called me and said we are now renewing vehicle insurance with ICICI Lombard.

                                Scooter is very important for my job i am not able to go for my job past 15 days i am jobless no pay nothing i have to take care about my family my Childrens school fees and all why this people cant understand after serval request.?

                                I requesting kindly resolve my problem soon as possible otherwise i am forcefully going to consumer court and requesting all people please stayaway from this ICICI Lombard for any kind of insurance..

                                  Claim for Policy S.9839673 dtd. 26.04.2018 SMART TRAVELLER INSURANCE GOLD PLAN issued by Bharti AXA now taken over by ICICI Lombard since[protected].
                                  I had booked 3 air tickets self, wife and daughter Mumbai to Kuala lumpur to Sydney. Air Asia flight was scheduled to depart on[protected] but was cancelled due to operational reasons. I immediately lodged compaint with Bharti AXA but claim was not settled.
                                  With great difficulties I had to booked by paying 108146 against 51603 of Air Asia the excess fare paid is 56543.00.
                                  I had filed compaint AHD G[protected] with Insurance Ombudsman, Ahmedabad and after many reminders they sent me Award copy on 23.06.21 denying my claim AND asking me to file fresh claim with other forum/court if not satisfied.
                                  I immediately wrote to Bharti AXA who in reply asked me to contact ICICI Lombard which I did but in spite of several emails they have not done needful to settle claim.

                                    Dear Team

                                    I have taken health insurance for my parents on September. I made the payment on September 20th 2022. They delayed it very long to provide me the policy document. They asked me to cancel the policy due to backend issue from their side. So raised cancellation on October 1st 2022. They didn't refunded my money back. It's been more than a month.

                                    Till now I was asked to wait for 2/3 working days. No other resoultion I got.

                                    I have escalated this multiple time. But no help. Escalation team is very worst in responding.
