"I, Sushil Agarwal, had taken a Property Insurance Policy no. 1015/[protected]/00/000, but due to an issue of tenure I had to take another Policy No. 1015/[protected]/00/000." Amount being Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)
This was the above mail I had written them on 17.12.2021 for cancellation of the policy and refund of my amount.
Till date I have not yet received the amount and the people who were responsible in this case are not answering my calls now. Are these people absolute cheaters?
I would like to file a complaint on the ICICI Lomabard and its employees for unprofessional behaviour. I have tried contacting them more tahn 100 times, but these people are bloody shameless.

I would hereby like to file a compalint for refund of the amount Rs. 5000/- along with interest at 36% per annum from the date on which I had first made the reuest for refund, i.e. 17.12.2021
Also, the compensation for mental agony for Rs. 10, 000/-
Attached are the screenshots of the mails I have sent to the company, nodal officers and ombudsman, still the case is not resolved.
