Icici Lombard — ncb reserving letter

I had requested for ncb deserving letter which is approved at your end, but i have still not received the letter.
Called your customer help line multiple times since 28 december, 2018 to request for the same but without any help.
I have been your customer for ages but never seen such kind of intolerant attitude towards your customer.
My policy in due for renewal and because of icici lombard service request team, i would loose my benefits.
Please try to help customer or you would end up loosing long time customers.
Please try to help customers rather than creating issues for them, they pay to you.
