We are facing harassment while taking a Motor claim from ICICI Lombard. Claim is rejected in full being a comprehensive package and there is no response from ICICI Lomabard on same.

Surveyor is not giving any proper justifications for same.

Polic number - 3001/[protected]/01/000

1) Mahindra XUV car was hit by the water tanker in the standing condition at Electronic city, Bangalore. Left side of the front bumper and left side doors were smashed by the tanker on 14th Dec 2018
2) A claim was registered over the ICICI customer care on 17th Dec 2018.
A3) ll the details and documents along with car were submitted to Shireesh Auto, Hosur Road, Bangalore on 24th Dec 2018 for survey
4) Surveyor Srikanth calls us on same day that full claim will not be possible for front bumper painting as there were previous scratches in car (Srikanth email - srikanth.[protected]@icicilombard.com, Mobile - +[protected]. Also as per the Shireesh body shop manager - Mr. Sharan the surveyor cancelled the door repair claim.
5) There was no proper justification given by the surveyor for partial and full claim rejections whereas the policy is Comprehensive and gives 100% coverage.
6) Even after repeated calls with surveyor and mail exchange there was no proper justification given. He just send us the previous photos and began arguing over those scratches. (25-27 Dec 2018)
7) After multiple followups to Srikanth; he came with a discount and bargained that we need to shell 1000 rupees only for the repair but door side damage was not approved and was in rejected state.
8) When I called him again for door claim on 31st Dec at 5:45 PM; he was busy in new year party and did not answered properly.
9) No call from him after that.

      I'm a serving officer in armed forces . I purchased my Harley Davidson bike 750 street from Chennai and ICICI Lombard issurance through showroom agent itself. After subsequent two years with ICICI Lombard I claimed no insurance. The showroom then got closed on the third year and no body responded to my renewal for third year stating the shutdown of Chennai branch Harley Davidson . I approached ICICI Lombard through customer care which refused to provide me 0 depth insurance stating it can only be done at showroom.
      This created a lapse of a month . I then approached Mumbai headquarter stating my grievances where the branch manager organised a survey visit to renew my insurance. After the survey I got 0 depth insurance from ICICI lombard through Harley Davidson jaipur showroom itself .

      Now while travelling from jodhpur to Delhi I met with an accident .I approached Delhi Harley Davidson for accident claim.

      The ICICI Lombard agent has refused to approve my claim stating that few damages might be during days of the lapse of the policy without himself seeing the inspection report or pictures on the same day.

      On enquiring how he has come to the conclusion. He is saying that the inspection report of my third ICICI 0 depth insurance pictures shows indication of some damages which were not brought out at any point at the time of inspection or in my policy.

      He also misbehaved and repeatedly said " aapko joh baat krni hai mere boss se Karo, mere pass time nahi and don't call me. "

      He refused to share inspection pictures when asked and delayed it. I still haven't received any pictures . Now he is changing statements that some of the damages might have occurred in the accident.

      I feel harrassed by the flaws of your department and not acknowledging your lapses on time.

      I have been a customer of ICICI Lombard since purchase of my bike.

      Kindly look into this matter at appropriate level where a government officer is being mistreated even after paying my dues on time.

      Chennai Harley Davidson ICICI Lombard agency has already accepted their lapse by stating they lost the database of customers after the showroom was closed.

        Icici lombard executive forcely give me a policy and when i send cancellation request he misguided me and now i don't get any policy document yet but he deduct money from my credit card please lodge my complaint against icici lombard executive of icici lombard threatened me that the policy is mandatory and i[censored] don't coprate us i will deduct the 28000 money from ur credit card he already knows about my credit card numbers expire date of my credit card and when he tell me this from other mobile numbers i am only the way to accept this policy after all i mentally hrashed so i beg to say that plz help me immediately and take necessary action against icici lombard

          Hello, i met with an accident on the 14th of december and asked for the claim with icici lombard insurance but the agent is not coming for the survey and saying that will come tomorrow since past 4 days. I urgently need my bike to be repaired as i have to travel by bike and it's not in working condition as of now. The service center has denied to repair until the survey is done as i wish to claim the insurance. Kindly check and do the needful. I don't know how will you recognize my identity but please do it fast. It's an official complaint.

            I purchased the above said vehicle on 24 oct. 2018 from dd motors, mayapuri, new delhi. The vehicle was given for repair for minor to dd motors on 30/11/2018. The said vehicle covered under '0' dip insurance through icici lombard vide insurance policy no. 3001/mi[protected]/00/000 dated 24/10/2018. Dd motors representative informed that icici surveyor conducted survey for vehicle and has only approved the change of front (One side) head light and not approved the denting / scratches came on the left side of the door as the same is rusty. The above facts intimated to the company through mail dated 7/12/2018. Company intimated that we will process your request for claim status under reference no. [protected] and our endeavor will be to address it at the earliest but till date no reply has been given by the company. Now, i have paid charges rs.8008/- for non approved repair work. Whereas the vehicle came under 0 dep. Insurance how to charges for repair work.

                  Renewal is not completed form icici portal.
                  I have taken a car insurance policy from icici lombard, which is not properly renewed.
                  Policy expired in june 2018, i have got issues following issues
                  1. While doing the payments or
                  2. Link was not opening
                  3. Showing page not found error
                  4. Blank page is shown.
                  Similar issues made me not able to complete the renewal.

                  Now they come up and tell me i cant renew the policy grace period is over and i have to take new fresh policy...
                  Agents called to me for reminding my about my payments i told i would like to do but issues with links they didn't respond on time. Later i called to them same old story is played for me., cn you please let me know any way to renewal my policy.

                    Sir, my insurance claim mot07665854 is pending since one year. Sir please look in matter. Car had got major accident with death of 4 people, and one injured.
                    Claim was filed in purnia disctrict icici lombard office.
                    The concerned people (Munna kumar phone no - [protected]) is not responding on phone calls. Priviosly i was also filed acomplait at this site regarding the same issue, at that time higher authority of lombard company gave time limit to him to resolved the issues, but nothing happened till now. Now munna kumar had blocked my number, i can't call him. They not even recieve our calls. This person's attitude is very bad he is not bearing enough quality or manner to work within icici lombard company. Every time he demands the same documents, which i have given him priviosly multiple times. He is very irresponsible person. I don't know may be he wants some money from my side to proceed the work. Please pay some attention to your employees.

                    I had order Bosch 7kg full automatic washing machine from Flipkart. It was delivered on 16th june. Till now installation was pending. I tired to talk with customer care executives. Now i want to return the product, but again customer care is not doing anything. Solve my problem and plz look into matter.

                      Hi,

                      I have taken health insurance policy for me and my wife from icici lombard health insurance on may 2016. My wife recently suffered from severe back pain which was diagnosed as spine disc desiccation and nerve root compression (Pivd) on 17th september 2018 followed by an mri on 02nd october 2018. My wife has undergone with a daycare surgery which i claimed to the insurance team.

                      Now claim team has rejected the claim stating "non-disclosure of spine disc desiccation and nerve root compression (Pivd) since april 2061". But this is not true as the disease is just diagnosed on above-mentioned dates and their reason is not valid.

                      Icici lombard team is not listening to my complaint and i want to register a case against icici lombard team for not giving the policy benefits to the consumer.

                        1. My claim bills received hyderabad branch on[protected] after i got it on mail, that mail have so and so policy no and your claim amount 3180 but total claim bill amount is 23180.
                        2. One more mail received on 04/012/18 your submit bills have no original bill, please submit bill before 7 days, otherwise your claim is closed.

                        I cal you toll free no i will explain some executive after agree the claims have all bills is their.

                              My car got damaged when parked outside house by a dog. Icici lombard didnot approve my claim stating it's my negligence to park car outside house. Not everyone will have a house with covered parking. I have shifted my house after this incident and explained the same to that person. He said "you can go and do accident 100 times i can approve" but can't approve this.

                              This incident happened accidentally and i have taken precaution by shifting my house itself. After explaining this and repeated follow ups for 10 days, he just approved 50% of the claim amount. The total expense was 14, 000. I ended up paying 8000.
                              When i have a bumper to bumper insurance cover, how can insurance company reject my claim or approve only partial amount?

                              How did you close complaint without giving any resolution ?
                              I have sent many mails for 2 months, but no response from ICICI service team. They just send one mail saying "yes we will get back to you " when the complaint is raised and simply close the complaint.

As I have a long association with ICICI card I decided to take accidental policy and Health insurance policy of ICICI LOMBARD.But I regret I have been cheated by the staff of ICICI LOMBARD Mumbai Office they now and then give a call and pressure to buy products. As I owe a good clientage with credit card division so I believed them and have issued my (5) five accidental policies. The agent code (ID)(AQ):2470377, contacts no. [protected]. All five policies are sold by the same agent, who is the person not known to me. I request my money with deduction should be reverted as it is forced cheating.

                                  I would like to report about an insurance which has been claimed by fraud. An ex employee of icici bank who was suffering from incurable disease since 2006 got herself insured with icici lombard health insurance in around year[protected]. Is it possible that a person suffering from sle (Chronic disease/ cancer) can get icici lombard health insurance while she was suffering with such disease??
                                  Its a case of clear fraud and insurance was claimed fraudently by misrepresenting the facts. I can provide you all the medical reports of reputed hospitals of india and also proof of amount paid by icici lombard.

                                      Its been now more than 15 days i didnt got my vehicle neither the claim is processed
                                      Mr pawan sonkar who is processing my claim is such a irresponsible person, i lodged my claim and talked to him he sked me to send the vehicle to the showroom i did it and after 3 days i came to know he dosent visited there i called him and asked to visit, then again after some days i called and asked the status he says your formality isnt complited that also mr pawan didnt told me the man who is working in toyota tells me that thing if i am calling him again and again he should tell me that, he dosent check the papers or what after completing all the formalities he when i called him yesterday he says again some things are missing how your agent works i dont know thing are only done when i will call him despite these public holidays there were working days after dipawli but still my work is not done

                                      I registered the claim called the agent asked him to to inspect he said i'll do it tommorow after 3 days i ask him did he went he said i'll go tommorow he went checked he says formalities were not complete, then he should call me or inform me by any means but that didnt happened i called the compant they told me formality isnt completed i went and completed everything on that day
                                      And what i got nothing not a good service not even a good response i didnt said anything i got my vehicle after around 15 days and even the work is not satisfied what i got the person denied for most of the damaged coverage what is the need of adon policy then

                                        I have requested in the month of august to renew my policy in my name and payed accordingly. I have also sent mail communication on owner change (Company name to my name) but icici insurance team made (Renew the policy) policy in the same of company without my approval. I m struggling since last two month to change policy from company name to my name. I have payed approximate rs 8500 to renew my policy in the month of august. Now for insurer name change asking again rs 4000. I don’t understand why i need to pay this amount. All my colleagues they payed just rs600 to change policy in same company. Even i called many time but answer is same.
