[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Wrong policy sold | |||||
I am not happy with support team and Sales team, Its finally very poor experience with ICICI Lombard Team. Let me briefly explain your poor service. 1) Date 10 - April- 2017 Your Executive team called me and offer me Car insurance. As I have car hypothesized by ICICI Bank ltd so I thought they have all my car details that's why ICICI Sales Team calling me, even they know my policy will expire with in 4 days.. So I trust her and I found offer quite good as compare to prv. company. Its on record I told her I need full coverage for my Driver and passenger setting in my car as it is Commercial vehicle. Asma Your Executive request to hold the phone and discuss with her manager Mr. Shanker.Sipger and increase the Final cost Rs.15946 Which I have paid Through Credit card. She asked me to send Older policy and My CAR RC. Which I have sent to shanker.[protected]@icicilombard.com .( On record) 2) Finally I received Soft Copy. There was not mentioned any Policy No. I got time after 4 days and go to shop and Print out that Soft Copy. Which I notice It was Private car insurance which is not valid. I called to 24 hrs customer care phone no and they asked me to provide Correct policy no, which was not mentioned on Policy no. I request her how to solve it, she asked me wait and we will convert your policy in commercial I was happy its ok if you can settle it. Finally I received another call after one day and she told me ICICI Lombard only deals in general Privet car insurance. This was shocking news for me really, I was not heaving extra money to spend for another policy and now even my policy got expired already so I am already late.and I have to pay late fees which I have paid. I request to ICICI Lombard to refund me this amount so that I can buy new policy I raised complaint and Customer Care ask me to buy new alternate policy first. I already mention I was not heaving that amount to buy new policy. Date 21-April My complaint registered and I arrange fund pay market interest for that. HDFC Bank sent me Credit Card bill including Service Tax, How much I have paid in your single mistake you don't know. Its really harassed me, , Police checking and Challan etc. Your Executive already told me to you will get full refund but you only refunded amount of Rs.12711/- . 3) Fees I have Paid, Policy Late fees Rs 300 and Credit Card Tax Service Tax + Swatch Bharat Tax(0.5%) + KK CESS (0.5%) and you already deducted Rs. 3235 Total Loss Approx.
