ICICI Ltd — Redemption of money multiplier bond - 082000-mmb three series

I purchased two bonds of issue price Rs 5000/- each, under the above series (MMB-08200) allotted to me on 05.10.2000, with face of Rs 25000/- each. (Bondholder No[protected]Certificate Nos 2288 & 2289). As the redemption date 05.10.2015 already crossed, I forwarded the bonds with request / discharge, to the ICICI Infotech Services Ltd, Maratha Mandir Annexe, Dr AR Nair Road, Mumbai Cental, Mumbai-8; as mentioned in the bonds. But, the cover is returned undelivered, without any comment. Please advise me whether the address of the redemption agency changed OR the redemption procedure changed in this regard. I need funds for my urgent needs, want to know what happened, why the cover is returned undelivered.
