My ICICI account with account number ending with ********5995 has been deducted with SMAB charges 4 times ( Rs.399 on 29/08, Rs.399 on 29/09, Rs.513 on 31/10, Rs.515.25 on 27/11) without me being informed on a prior basis which is not correct.
