[Resolved] ICICI Merchant Service — false information regarding charges | |||
dear sir/madam, I karunakar konda proprietor of lakshmi ladies emporium, my merchant id - [protected], tid[protected], i have taken swipe machine in the month of may 2014, your executive came to me and registered in ur icici marchant service. he explained about the services and charges, regarding charges he told me no installation fee and no extra charges and only minimum fee would be rs.150/-, but u deducted installation charges and extra charges also u r deducting for not fulfulling the business.please am requesting to take complaint on executive his name is amruth and his mobile no is [protected].he is giving false information regarding charges, for getting business he is telling lies to business owners, these is not correct what he is doing, plz take action on him and i need ur response for this.am waiting for ur reply and action on him. thanking you, regards karunakar konda Was this information helpful? | |||
