ICICI Merchant Services — Activation of Swipe machines

We Namas Enterprises, had paid 6000/- for purchasing 2 Card swipe machines (Pogo) to ICICI Merchant service in November'2014. But they have not installed & activated til date. We have made repeated complaints to their customer care no [protected] but no one came to resolve the issue.
