This is with reference to TID No. 33320338 /Mid no [protected]
we have requested ICICI Merchant care to deactivate the POS machine and provide us the refund of the deposit. The complaint no is 61886305. The Machine is not used from last 3 months, But the rental on every month is deducted inspite of repeated requested for termination of the machine services. Even the customer care is not bothered to solve the issue but they keep on deducting the rental amount every month.
