[Resolved] ICICI Merchant Services — refund of machine penalty charges | |||
Dear sir, i requested for closer of my TID NO[protected], MID NO[protected] on 10 September 2019. The same is closed on 13 sept 2019 with Case Id[protected]. After a week, your courier partner called me for pick up of machine 2-3 times, but didn't came for the same. Till date no one from your courier partner came to machine pick up. And today, all of sudden i.e. on 30 December 2019 icici merchant services charged for rs 17, 700/- in my Icici current account no[protected] without any prior intimation. There is miscommunication between Icici Merchant Services and their courier partner. And for the same we, "The Customer ", facing penalty charges, let me know why??? With this email requesting Icici Merchant Services to arrange the machine pick up asap and refund my penalty charges rs 17, 700/- immediately in my above stated account. Because of your forced penalty charges, i am facing minimum balance issues with my current account and Icici bank is charging me penalty again.
