[Resolved]  ICICI — not able to transfer funds from icici savings account to ubi loan account

Hi,
I am trying to transfer funds in my Union Bank Education Loan account.
I am getting an error that: Unable to process because beneficiary account is frozen/blocked.
I called up ICICI customer care, the executive told me to check with Union bank. I called Union Bank’s manager, he sent me a screenshot that showed that the account is not frozen.
I dropped several mails to ICICI, I got a reply that was nowhere near the problem that I had mentioned. I called ICICI today again, they told me add UBI as a biller, but the biller screen only has specific categories, it doesn't have Loan as a billing type.
I am going in circles for last 2 weeks with no resolution in sight.
