not able to transfer funds from icici savings account to ubi loan account

Hi,
I am trying to transfer funds in my Union Bank Education Loan account.
I am getting an error that: Unable to process because beneficiary account is frozen/blocked.
I called up ICICI customer care, the executive told me to check with Union bank. I called Union Bank’s manager, he sent me a screenshot that showed that the account is not frozen.
I dropped several mails to ICICI, I got a reply that was nowhere...

I have already registered a complaint regarding the issue I am undergoing now.After leaving icici bank I started searching jobs and got selected too but only because I don't have relieving letter I am not able to join any of the concerns.I am really worried and frustrated about my career where I will never be able to go for job again.kindly ask the employer to have some empathy and issue me my relieving letter.

    On 3-06-19 I was trying pay my Bajaj EMI loan payment of Rs 2200 . During UPI payment they took me to [protected]@icici page for payment. The amount was deducted from my account but the payment was not done to bajaj finance. I tried to contact [protected]@icici customer support but they didn't respond.
    Sir I am from middle class family Rs 2200 is very big amount for me. Please refund my amount. My transaction ID is

      My money got deducted 7 days before. I have a service request number which is showing closed now but I didn't received refund.

      Also customer care number of bank is not connecting through my Jio number.

      This number will not be connected if you have recharged with unlimited plan. How disgusting it is. [protected]

      And there is no alternate number.

          I have been a customer for ICICI bank for the last 10 years. I have been levied charges ( Rs. 708) by the bank without any intimation. I do not wish to be a customer to this bank if I am being unnecessary charges like this. I have not been informed priorly by the bank that such charges shall be levied.

          I would like a full refund of the amount at the earliest
          Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

            I have ordered a AC from flipkart and than cancelled same .flipkart has refund the amount and on escalating they provided the details and confirmed the refund is done .
            But icici bank is not taking seriously they initially raised the charge back than SR is closed stating declained by merchant .and if refund is already done by flipkart end why they would be giving twice .again and again calling the icici bank they raised the chargeback again and closed the same stating duplicate dispute .how ever flipkart has provides all details but icici is unable to credit in my creditcard account below is confirmation mail from flipkart

                  Rs 8000 has been transferred from my ICICI account to a unknown SBI account.
                  Complaint No- SR[protected]
                  Now SBI has refused to entertain this complaint and ICICI bank says SBI refused and not helping anymore.
                  I dnot know whom I can complain now. I am loosing my Rs 8000. Its very unsupportive behaviour from both banks. I need my money back, I want to log a legal complaint.

                      I got my salary account opened (about 5 months) ago in January and the bank opened a demat/trading account for me in May. On asking to close this account as this was not opened by my consent they are not responding to my request and saying that this is free for one year so it doesn't matter. They charge a hefty fees from the next year.
                      Also to make this worse they have linked my salary account with this.
                      I registered a complaint (complaint no:- SR[protected] with the customer care on 28th may 2019 and no further action has been taken instead I am getting calls to login into my demat account to start trading.

                                My icici bank account has been charged for low balance... First 326 + 126 rupees for last month ... And this month 384 rupees..

                                I am a student .. and that i have mentioned even when i opened the account.. I have no earnings.. All i had was my savings... I was out for around 8 months from my city.. and i have not deposited any money in my account.. Literally i was unaware about this low balance charges policy...This much amount that have been charged means a lot to me as i am unemployed.. Atleast any call or sms should have been sent to my number that I should deposit some money.. before deducting.., I dont know what to do .. I am really sad..                                   I have filed a complaint to icici bank customer care regarding my atm debit... it has been promised that it will be resolved within 7 days. But still I didn't get my money back. I am trying to contact customer care but there is no way to reach out to icici customer care .. I have tried multiple times. I have also mailed them about my query, but i didn't get any response from them. This is such a horrible experience.
