My money got deducted 7 days before. I have a service request number which is showing closed now but I didn't received refund.

Also customer care number of bank is not connecting through my Jio number.

This number will not be connected if you have recharged with unlimited plan. How disgusting it is. [protected]

And there is no alternate number.

      I have been a customer for ICICI bank for the last 10 years. I have been levied charges ( Rs. 708) by the bank without any intimation. I do not wish to be a customer to this bank if I am being unnecessary charges like this. I have not been informed priorly by the bank that such charges shall be levied.

      I would like a full refund of the amount at the earliest
      Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.

        refund amount not received-flipkart and icici bank

        I have ordered a AC from flipkart and than cancelled same .flipkart has refund the amount and on escalating they provided the details and confirmed the refund is done .
        But icici bank is not taking seriously they initially raised the charge back than SR is closed stating declained by merchant .and if refund is already done by flipkart end why they would be giving twice .again and again calling the icici bank they raised the chargeback...

        The refund amount of $7.82was credited to my account on[protected] by AliExpress online shopping App . I have not yet received the money in my account. On complaining to AliExpress, they said that they have already credited and provided me the ARN no of the transaction and asked me to contact the bank, but the bank authorities didn't respond about the ARN...           The refund amount of $4.21 was credited to my account on[protected] by AliExpress online shopping App . I have not yet received the money in my account. On complaining to AliExpress, they said that they have already credited and provided me the ARN no of the transaction and asked me to contact the bank, but the bank authorities didn't respond about the ARN...             Rs 8000 has been transferred from my ICICI account to a unknown SBI account.
            Complaint No- SR[protected]
            Now SBI has refused to entertain this complaint and ICICI bank says SBI refused and not helping anymore.
            I dnot know whom I can complain now. I am loosing my Rs 8000. Its very unsupportive behaviour from both banks. I need my money back, I want to log a legal complaint.

                I got my salary account opened (about 5 months) ago in January and the bank opened a demat/trading account for me in May. On asking to close this account as this was not opened by my consent they are not responding to my request and saying that this is free for one year so it doesn't matter. They charge a hefty fees from the next year.
                Also to make this worse they have linked my salary account with this.
                I registered a complaint (complaint no:- SR[protected] with the customer care on 28th may 2019 and no further action has been taken instead I am getting calls to login into my demat account to start trading.

                I have icici salat account opened 5.5 years back now Its changed to savings as I'm no longer working..today I received demat account statement to pay due..I never used any or consent to open demat..how to close and report this

                    Dear customer, renewal of policy wa privilege single rs. 1899 for cpp/oneassist has been regd vide sr[protected] on 15-june-19. It will be completed in 1 wkg day.

                          My icici bank account has been charged for low balance... First 326 + 126 rupees for last month ... And this month 384 rupees..

                          I am a student .. and that i have mentioned even when i opened the account.. I have no earnings.. All i had was my savings... I was out for around 8 months from my city.. and i have not deposited any money in my account.. Literally i was unaware about this low balance charges policy...This much amount that have been charged means a lot to me as i am unemployed.. Atleast any call or sms should have been sent to my number that I should deposit some money.. before deducting.., I dont know what to do .. I am really sad..                             I have filed a complaint to icici bank customer care regarding my atm debit... it has been promised that it will be resolved within 7 days. But still I didn't get my money back. I am trying to contact customer care but there is no way to reach out to icici customer care .. I have tried multiple times. I have also mailed them about my query, but i didn't get any response from them. This is such a horrible experience.

                              I have been have charged worth 177 Rs.
                              The bank statement showed following entry on the same as DCARDFEE6349MAR19-FEB20+GST for 25th April.
                              I am not aware of what type of charges are these.
                              I was never been informed regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                              This is been very unprofessional behavior from the Bank.
                              I need reimbursement for the same.

                              My ICICI SB A/C No[protected] debited for Rs 1899 on 10/06/2019 for One Assit Plan without my Consent.I dont want this plan and I want my amount Back Asap.How can You debit my account without my consent.How come one bank cheating its customers like this.

                                I was an ex employee of ICICI BANK LTD My employee No was 187264 my Date of Joining is 3 Nov 2009 And my last working date was 31st Oct 2011. But due to password sharing I got termination letter so Living Date is 15/02/2012.
                                I have been received my FNF in Feb 2012.
                                In this FNF I Received Amount 40000 as notice pay.But not received PF amount.

                                And after living this job i left the city where I working but after that bank didn't contacted me for My PF Settlement..

                                Please Guide me for further process

                                    I called in last month to ask about my statement and auto debit. I was told I do not have auto debit. Now I am charged for it. I had to call in 5-6 times to get the issue reported. First I was told I will get a callback in 2 days, now I am told I jave to wait 5 days. Starting from the begining I have been loed to and I feel the bank is not trustworthy at all.
