With reference to the subject above, Application number LPDEL [protected] Loan amount of 550, 000 has been disbursed in my account without my consent and Agreement.
The so called Executive from ICICI Mr. Gaurav has told me for the 10.99% of ROI, while on 12.04.2018 he told me that 12.99% ROI has been given by bank and approval came.
On the Spot i have been intimated him to stop further process and conveyed him that i dont want 12.99% of Rate of interest.
but inspite of all this on 15.04.2018, my account was credited with 543, 510 INR.
From the very next day they people stopped taking my calls.
I spoke to Mr. Tushar chaudhry as well as Mr Anuj Naval on +91-[protected]but he directly told me that he can not do anything and advise me to talk to the executive mr. Gaurav .
i have raised same issue through phone banker via complaint no.SR[protected], today when i asked for the status of the same then i got to know that complaint has already been close stating that customer himself is happy with 12.99%
its all indicate towards fraud and false commitment of icici bank.
Bank is giving money without any agreement and consent signed by customer.
Gave false information and commitment to grab a case or business.
In the last kindly request you to please proceed for the cancellation of aforesaid loan on ASAP. Was this information helpful? |
