[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential — Insurance Policy

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to file complaint against ICICI Prudential because I got life time pension policy from the same company. I paid 10000/- per year for 10 years my policy is going to get matured in december 2013. now i got letter from co. that they gave me two options 1- Balancer (ULIF 005 03/05/02 PBalancer 1 105) amount of Rs. 54479/- and 2- Proecor (ULIF 006 03/05/02 PProtect 1 105) amount of Rs. 81873/- both the amounts are not even equal to deposit amount. please guide me what can i do?
