Dear sir,
I am a customer of icicipru since 10 years. As i am not
Satisfied with agents, so i had stopped the existing policy and purchased
New policy. I had visited the branch for doing it direct. The purpose of
The policy was pdl (Policy dependent loan)

In short the policy has been done on 2 conditions.

1) no agent code (Direct purchase)
2) pdl (Policy dependent loan) will be done after getting bond paper..

As told in the branch office cuttack, i had waited for 1 month. For coming of bond paper and other formalities.

As i had talked to customer care after a month, i came to know about that
Everything what had been told was white lie. So i feel as i had been
Cheated. Therefore i want to remove my agent code & cancel my policy.

I am already following grievances in various level since 45 days.

It is also another type of mental harassment.

Please take steps to cancel my policy and provide me compensation
