[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — fraud committed by insurance advisor and insurance company.

Dear sir / madam,

I am very very depressed because i lost my father recently. This complaint is regarding fraud committed by insurance advisors and insurance company.

My policy advisor is icici bank ltd rlg

Code / license no. 00151827

Insurance advisors / agents (Name: david, mobile [protected] and narendra [protected]) came to my house 2 times to sell the investment plan with claims that you will get return of 22% and there is no hidden charges or commission.

However, they took the commission out of my premium amount without informing me that means my amount invested is less than the sum assured amount.

Deducting commission without informing policyholder is fraud

As you can see below that in first year i was on loss (Rs.8223).

They made false promises and i suffered the loss.

Policy name icici pru wealth builder ii and icici pru guaranteed wealth protector lp doesn’t provided any progress report to me either by telephone or by email.
It was also fraud (Doesn’t provided any progress report) as per the guidelines.
Insurance agents also deducted commission without my consent from my premium payment is also fraud

I am very very depressed. What should i do. When they promised that there will be gain but i suffered loss, they deducted commission without my consent, they make false claims (Return of 22 % p. A.), they didn’t provided the progress report.
