Amount debited from main account

On dated 12/06/2017 there is unwanted deduction of rs 8, 016.00 from my icici bank account. And the reference in account statement stated as [protected]/0606/iprugrpterm/dc

My icici bank account is[protected], infosys ph2 branch, hinjewadi, pune mh

I have never applied for any such kind of policy.

Please do the needful as early as possible and return back my money....
