We have opted an icici prudential life insurance along with our home loan recently in last month

Prior to the loan your official have come and offered some life insurance policy that we have accepted as they explain the benefits while discussion.

But what we are getting right now on paper is totally different policy from what they had offered...

This is absolutely unfair...

I would like to request you that i want to convert my icici prudential saving policy no. 19426673 to icici mutual fund with immediate effect as i have to deposit rs. 30000/- on 08/08/17 but i want to withdraw my money (I. Wants to lodge a complain against the person. Mr. Sudipto, who has raised the policy no.20218542. He is a total fraud. Icici prudential life insurance has charged my credit card twice for the premium of 61, 126 inr on 23rd june 17, still they haven't refunded the 61126 amount extra charged. it is totally fraud. ICICI bank executive have given me a policy 119000 and policy no is 21108018 and it is not my knowledge that insurance has been done and amount deducted from my home loan account. any one can take responsibility and revert me on priority.
