Respected sir,
I sri lingaraj mahankuda beg to state that i am working as a tte at east coast railway. For my sister's marriage i had needed some money at that time i have applied online for personal loan & one locally (Puri) icici loan agent namely himansu met me and told about personal loan and take required document. At that time he told me without insurance policy you couldn't get loan and met me another insurance agent namely ayesh, that's why i have taken a policy vide. Policy no.21156784. Dt.03.07.2017 after 15 days the personal loan agent told me you are not elite for personal loan. At that time i told him cancel the same policy but till now they both are no respond. Today (22.09.2017) i went to puri icici prudential office the office clerk told me the policy became nearly 3 months and it can't cancellation. So i want cancel the policy and back return the same amount to my savings account. And please tell your agents they will not reapet anyone. They did mistike and harass with me.

    Dear sir/madam,

    This is mr. Subhash vasanatrao more holding annuity policy with no. 11569 with icici prudential life insurance.

    My complaint is that my pension amount which gets credited to my account 27th of every month is not yet credited. While calling the toll free number ([protected]) i am getting different information for every calls (Which i am doing to check the reason for pension not credited to my account). Please find the below the different information:-

    1. The pension is already released on 1st september. But in reality the pension is not credited.

    2. The pension is kept on hold for not submitting the life verification certificate. But in actual the life verification certificate already submitted.

    Please look into this and help me to get my pension asap.

      My name is ramesh chaudhary.. I had bought icici prudential ulip policy no 03053813 on june 2006... I had paid 3 half yearly installment of this policy and after that i stopped payment... That time they told 3 years locking period and after that can withdraw money but now they told something different and told me that policy is already foreclose... They never informed me about such and without any intimation they did that..

        I have two policies namely icici pru whole life with policy no 16189310 and guaranteed savings insurance plan with policy no 16111563. These both policies were subscribed by me on 15 nov 2011 with a yearly premium amount of rs 49, 960 each. I am a army officer and due to exigencies of service i was not able to pay any premium after first year. I contacted icici prudential representative named mr ashish malhotra on his mobile no [protected] and was told by him that i can only surrender my policies after completion of three years from the date of issuance. However after three years mr ashish malhotra was not available on the phone. When i contacted icici prudential office at mohali i was told that the policy had foreclosed and now i cannot get any money back.
        I want to submit that i am a army officer and the money i invested in these policies was earned by facing bullets of the enemy and militants in kashmir. I am deeply pained today that a reputed company like icici prudential has taken advantage of my lack of knowledge of financial matters. I today need this money urgently for my son's education but the company has repeatedly told me that they cannot return my money. Please help.

        I am a customer at Icici and the very same has happened to me as well I have run from pillar to post for the same however the people at Icici have seemingly become or customer like myself have become irrelevant to them . Enclosed here are 2 Policies ICICI Pru Cash Advantage ...Policy no # 18376971 Nd Policy no 2 # 18381893.

          Cancellation of policy in free look period, icici prudential policy number 21310021.

          Respected sir,

          I satya prasada rao, resident of kukatpally hyderabad. I purchased a life insurance policy with icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd on my name, bearing policy no : 21310021. Premium of this policy was rs. 1, 5 lacs/ anum. I purchased this policy in my icici brach as brach manager explain about policy. Some how i took the policy and the realized same day went to branch to cancel the policy branch manager told you will get email just click no to cancel the documents. I cancel policy tough email and inform to branch manager as she told we received cancelled request and money will deposit. I came to usa. I am keep following my family members with branch manager to cancel the policy and she keep telling policy will cancel and return your money back. But i received policy documents and send email to icici pru. And i received response that policy is not cancelled you have to pay next month premium

          So, please look into this matter and give me the justice to cancelled the policy

            I have submitted my premium amount one month ago in advance. But i did not received premium receipt yet now. My policy no. Is 16011349 and i have done payment in first week is sep' 17.
            As per your website rule it will reflect in two days after submission of premium.
            It also happened last year also.
            There is no receipt no.in premium paid certificate also for authentication.
            I want to know that why there is so many follow up for customer services.
            I will discontinue my policy in this case.

            Pls improve your services as there are many better services in the market.

              I had applied to surrender my Insurance Policy No[protected] on 26th Aug 17 at your Koramagala Branch- Bangalore after I realized that I have been conned by ICICI.

              At the time of selling this policy your sales agent had told me that I will get an option to surrender and withdraw from this policy after 7 years and I will get full fund value and added bonus at that time, if I do not wish to wait till 15 years. But now after paying on time premiums for 6 consecutive years, I am told that I cannot withdraw after 7 Years and I will have to wait till 15 years. In case I withdraw, a major part of money paid by me will be confiscated by ICICI as per your own calculations.

              I agree that I was naive to trust your sales agent and did not read the legal prospectus carefully, hence I decided that even if I end up losing a big chunk of my hard earned money I will still surrender the Policy and cut off all business relationship with ICICI group, as they have completely lost my trust and confidence.

              Again, while surrendering the policy I was told that payout will be done in max 15 days in m bank account but Now I get to know that even that has been put on hold for unknown reason.

              When I am trying to reach grievance team, there is no response.

              Please let me know If ICICI is willing to pay me anything as surrender value or they want to eat-up entire amount now?

              If ICICI plans to make any payment, please share the confirm date and time of that Payout.

                Hi, i was talked into loving rs. 2, 00, 000 from an fixed deposit that was maturing into a prudential life insurance account with the promise of great returns etc. I was not explained that this would be locked in for 5 years. When i decided to discontinue the policy after a year, i was then told that i cannot do it. 2 years later, i am still stuck with the policy, and i see my total account balance reducing due to frivolous charges (About rs. 20, 000) that are not transparent to me at all nor were they disclosed. I think this is predatory practice by icici which should be fixed or investigated by the right authorities. You are risking losing a client for life, if this is not fixed.

                  I have totally lost faith in ICICI from above matter.Hope you will look into matter.
                  Hi, if only one premium is due, some times it may be treated as lapsed policy which might leads to non settlement.
                  You should have renewed within grace period of 30 days, even after this policy can be renewed with penalty before incident, However now claim has been made, pl refer terms & conditions of policy document in these type of cases if there is a provision for claim, you may insist the insurer to settle the claim.

                    I am exsiting customer of above co. And taken 4 to 5 ins. Plan policy since 2005, and all policies running very well but unfortunatly 16.01.2012 mr. Amit kalra associate business manager from icici prudential life ins. Come to my office & suggest my old policy no.04861617 dt.20.03.2007 which running well for surrender. Day after he is collect my old policy bond and a chequeno.844400 of icici bank for issue new policy which is issued on 14.02.2012 bearing no.16395559 guarnted saving plan but my bond is not delivered & hand over to me. Since longtime i personally visit the branch than collect new policy bond papers i found my date of birth, wife name, residence address etc details are fil wrong for above man amit kalra melafied intation, all the information regarding my self is wrong. I contact to icici pru. Lic office & do complaint but since my money blocked & they are not hearing my view for refund my hard money. I send in return a letter to icici pru. Iic, mumbai but no result found by me. So i requested to you please look into the fraud by icici pru. Ins.co.& help me. I am a service class man, my 50000/money is blocked and no any benefit from policy bcz old policy surrender & new policy papers are wrong & fictatious in my favors issued by co. So i request to sir please do the needful in my favour. Thanks.

                      Unfair trade practices played by major insurance company, icici prudential

                      How icici prudential cheat the people systematically and rob the money from innocent customers through their clever and cunning methods

                      Please do not take investment or any such policy from this company.
                      Icici prudential is running professional fraudulent scams cheating innocent people, robbing their money by their planned, cunning and heinous activities.
                      Few days back i wrote a mail regarding my surrender money of invest shield pension scheme policy reg; immediate after two days one person contacted me stating icici pru life represent and ask the policy details then said yours claim is genuine we are going to settle.
                      Then ask for account details to credit the amount and cheated my money 19000 from my account immediately i called to customer care the same person sitting in customer care and telling we will see your account and come back but nothing was happen

                      I went to icici bank and lodge a complaint too no answer till date, who is the responsible for this type of scams

                      Which icici prudential pay them for this fraud

                      I enclosed the phone no of the person called me and audio clip of conversation

                      Pls settle the issue otherwise i will proceed legally and i have the recorded conversation with bank toll free no that i will give to media and press how icici employees are cheating

                        This is the complaint one of the emloyee of icici prudential name pankaj varshney is working at icici prudential under brahm dutt tower, sector 18, noida, but created fake facebook id's via name of yash varshney, jyoti varshney, pankaj varshney & doing harassment via abusing, doing sexually chats, blackmailing, threatening over the phone & on social media sites. He also disturbing our daily routine life. As he is doing mentally & sexually harassment to me & my family members specially females, attached are the proof for your reference. Based on these proofs we already logged legal complaint at cyber crime. We are clear that next step will taken against at his working address which is icici prudential (Complete address is mentioned below) making accused to his respective seniors with whom he is working.

                        He has taken our family details & documents while saying that will provide life insurance policy but he is doing harassment now. Hence also i suggesting to everyone that not to provide details & documents to any icici prudential life insurance employees. They will misuse the documents.

                          The card is not yet activated and I already got a bill of Rs 1118 for card processing. This is not acceptable. Please get the charges reversed.

                              RESPECTED SIR,
                              it is with great agony that I wish to bring to your kind notice that callousness shown by Icici Prudential life insurance company's branch manager and my insurance advisor for your valuables advice regarding this matter
                              1.I have taken policy on 06may2011 but I have received policyholders bond on 11 June 2013.can I know how much time to take insurance company's delivered bond to policy holder.one another thing I have received bond by my insurance adviser MR ANUJ PRATAP not by speed post or couriers by hand after longtime.In past I have try so many times on toll free numbers and branch at pratapgarh.They told me its take 2 month to reach your communication address but failed to delivered policy bond at my home address.
                              2.when I received policy bond I read all terms and conditions of policy as paying term 7 years and premium amount 50, 062/-(Rupees fifty thus hand and sixty two only).Then I showked and contacted to my advisor as he explained me earlier about policy it is a single premiums policy and like fixed deposits in bank and you mam get another benefit insurance also.your money is fixed for 7 years.then I along with my advisor gone to pratapgarh Icici Prudential branch talk to branch manager about my policy fraud done by my advisor.I have communicate to Icici pru Mumbai office through e-mail for surrendering of my policy but they are not accepting.
                              Hence I am writing you sir please guide me how I can returne my hard earn money.I have not availed free look period of 15 days due to non receipt of my policy bond.I am not sure is my money safe in hand of Icici pru life insurance company.thanks
                              NOTE:Please help me sir about free look time of policy bond .
                              Or do as fixed deposit my amount for seven years or back my all hard. Earn money 50062/- rs

                              Beware of iciciprulife company they are cheater's.
                              I had requested for surrender of iciCi policy since i needed money urgently..After so many requests still i haVe not received money..Also no one is giving me proper answer..Just telling to wait wait...Policy no is 04639799...It's almost 15 days ..As per terms and conditions it takes only 10 days for payout...

                                Dear sir,
                                This is narendra sharma from gwalior, i am your existing customer of your company, last year in july i visited your gwalior office regarding paying my wife policy premium.
                                At that time mr. Amit gupta misguide and greed me for link my wife plan to new plan for more benefit.
                                He took sign on a form and told me this plan link with previous plan but after some time i got information about paid up to previous plan and generate new policy of mine with policy no.20167296.
                                I complained about this so he took for free look my policy and assured me to transfer money in my account.
                                But 6-8 month he avoid and delay it with different reasons. Yesterday i got a call for renewal premium.
                                So he fraud with me and give a huge loss of prestigious image of your company.
                                Please take a action and try to return my money as soon as possible.
                                Take a hard action on this type of fraud employee otherwise i will take legal action against your company as per my legal advisor.

                                  In april-may 2017, i got a call from icici saying that one of my policies was maturing & they would like to send me an adviser to help me plan how to claim it and to understand switching possibilities in my existing policies.

                                  Advisor named nitesh tiwari & one of his senior colleagues visited me and tried selling me a new policy at high premium. I clarified that i did not
                                  Have the capacity to pay 2.5 to 3lakhs premium which they were pushing me for.
                                  To this, they told me that i should transfer the money from my 2 existing pension plans and thereby save the tax that pension plans would otherwise attract during redemption/surrender. They convinced me that its wise to start a new policy which would have tax free returns & not to worry about paying premium since money could be transferred directly year after from my pension policies to the new policy. They also advised me to pay premium of my other policy (Wealth builder) by transferring money from the pension plans directly.
                                  On this basis, after their much persuasion, i agreed.

                                  They told me that they would open elite life ii policy for me by transferring premium directly from my existing premier life pension policy. But instead, without informing me, they transferred the money from my other low value pension policy namely lifetime pension ii. I called and complained on icici pru life helpline.. But i didnt pursue the complaint further since i didn't doubt the icici professional's intentions. I thought it was an error which could be overlooked. I tried calling them; they didnt answer, nor they ever called back.

                                  Now it turns out that they lied to me only to sell a policy. Now that my premium is due for wealth builder policy, as the 2 icici thug professionals had advised, i wanted to transfer money from my premier life pension policy to the wealth builder policy.in course of this process, i have been told that partial amount cant be transferred and instead i would have to surrender my pension policy.. Which would thus attract tax!
                                  This is cheating.. Absolutely unfair!! The basis on which i was sold the policy was total lie!! Is this the ethics of the icici pru life... Are these guys interested in business or in looting only to fulfill their sales criteria on somebody else's hard-earned money??!!???

                                  I have given much business to icici prulife but after this incident, i am deeply hurt & my faith has been uprooted. I wish to cancel my policy (And get the interest due on my money since may 2017) on grounds of fraudulent selling based on false information. Kindly apprise me how to go about doing this.

                                    I have paid 5 premiums total amount 25000.00 towards invest shield pension scheme due to my job nature moving from one state to another. So i could not able to pay the premiums and scheme got lapsed, now am requesting insurance agency to pay my premium amounts without any interest they are not paying pls look into this and resolve am a old customer of icici bank holding account for the last 15 yrs

                                    icici bank is cheating to their insurance policy holders its not fair on bank, am not asking any interest to my money which I paid through premiums, am requesting my premium only what is the problem to settle my money

                                    as per the reserve bank G.O no one should do like this if not settled am approaching RBI Ombudsman in this regard

                                      I have purchased policy of iprotect smart with critical illness cover through online. Application no-ob07340803. Clearly i have mentioned 25 lacs as critical illness amount. Policy purchase on date[protected].. I got hardcopy of policy document on 21 june 2017.
                                      1. Policy document showing 0 ruppes as critical illness amount.
                                      2. Policy holder name is also not correct as i requested through proper channel.
                                      My free look period also lapsed due to this problem. I need new period as free look period.
                                      So many times mail done for the problem but till date 27th july i didnt get new policy document with correct details.
                                      Its worst service ever i received through any online channel. At time of policy buying, on a single click executive calls to you but this problem is still not solved by icici team more than a month time lapsed.
