[Resolved] ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Misleading from ICICI Prulife | |||
It is worst company I had ever invested. No one knows their rules and regulations and all are misguiding. While you call back, they charge the call rate from the customer. What a company are they and what all support are they giving to their customers. Do not reply the emails and on call all type of misguidance are happening. I would not recommend any one to invest any money in icici prulife in future. First every day are calling to pay the premium and once I paid no one bother to revive the policy and after making so many calls some thing new has come up. Ridiculous! Not yet resolved and solution they have given is not acceptable after paying all the due premium. It can be communicated to me before paying the premium through their customer care which they didn't and now giving me trouble.
