I am yogesh kashyap, who was working as advisor for icici prudential life insurance company ltd vide licence code 01473734 but now I don't want followup this due to some personal reasons.
Hence I have requested the company to delete my pan(GDNPK8679) and agent code
[protected] from IRDA portal. Henceforth I have requested for the hardcopy of NOC and also deletion of agent code from IRDA portal. I will be obliged if you can looked into the matter and give some early solution of the matter and take necessary actions as required.
