[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTIONS

I have a policy with ICICI prudential with policy no. 18071284. My premium amount is Rs.50000 per year. My premium was supposed to be due on 26/09/2014 and without any prior intimation or communication ICICI bank and prudential have auto-debited the amount at their will unilaterally without taking my authentication either for an ECS or auto debit or a cheque. I have been trying to get my refund but the bank says its not their problem and I have to deal with ICICI prudential. I have been trying to get in touch with them and have sent in many emails but only could get an automated response. I find it a gross violation of my rights and its an act of forgery to take over my account and do an auto-debit without my authentication. I would like to seek legal advice for the same. Its been a mental and emotional strain to deal with such unprofessional bankers. Seek your advice regarding complete pay out and refund of the premiums amounting to Rs.1, 00, 000.
