ICICI Prulife — Delayed payment of surrendered Policy

I surrendered my Life Stage Pension ICICI on 16/02/2021. My portfolio was equity based. The Insurer got the funds from the exchange after (liquidation on the same day) T +2 days. Under the guise that the regulator IRDA provides them 15 days time they delayed my payment and disbursed on the 8th day !
Is this not defeciency of service for an investor? How can we get our issue redressed. They utilised my funds for Rs.44 lacs odd which was due to me immediately once they received the funds. All under the pretext that IRDA allows them 15 days .
Where should I approach for redressal . Even the GRO of Prulife agrues under IRDA 15 days window !
