[Resolved] ICICI — swipe machine | |
Dear icici team, Inspite of repeated reminders/complaints regarding the swipe machine (Not functioning and replacement), there have been no progress. Today suddenly my ca got debited with inr 17700 without my consent and without any prior or any intimation. The person mr. Shekar (Icici bank employee) responded that you can stop using this machine and we will be initiating refund of previously deposited amount after 90 days. Even customer care person (Mr. Shishir) responded my complaint in very bad language. I humbly request icici to investigate the same and initiate refund of my unconsented deducted amount.
