[Resolved] ICICI — the bank is not taking any action on my failed imps transaction and amount got debited.

I did one imps transaction in month of november which got failed. I raised the request afterwards and they closed it saying the amount has already been credited to beneficiary account. I again called them and said it hasn't been credited. They said ok send an email to customer care and attach other bank's statement or passbook copy. I did the same and they raised one more request saying we are working on this. Now just that request also got closed with same message.
I am really frustrated with service of icici bank. I am not sure what shall i do.

Updated by Jaydipt This issue hasn't been resolved yet. So pathetic service from ICICI. The amount involvement is high i.e. 18000 and still you aren't taking any action.
