[Resolved] ICICIcredit Card — non reversal of fuel surcharge on HP outlet | |||
On 5/10/2013 i have swap credit card on HP outlet for Rs 1000 fuel filling. they have charged Rs 28.09 extra as fuel recharge. today on 30/10/2013 i have spoken to customer care and they told me that u havent swipe it from icici card machine thats why charges are not been reversed. before issuing me a card none of these things were informed to me. it means whenever i have to refill fuel first i have to ask person do u have ICICI swipe machine then only i will use ICICI card.
