Icms Lic — assignment not done on policy no[protected]

One of our customers took loan.As mortgage we kept the LIC (policy no[protected] deed and also sent it to the Nagaon branch for assignmnt through speed post.Speed post status is now delivered.But as per the status of the policy assignment has not been done, neither we got the deed back.we have sent all the assignment papers along with that one DD as assignmnt charge.That DD was encashed on 4/6/2019.But assignment is not till date.Deed has not been returned to us either.
