Dear sir / madam, good day.
I had taken two policies with idbi federal in the name of my children in march 2009
About a month back we had surrendered both the policies. Till date we have not received the amount due.
There is no information from idbi federal office at cbd belapur either.
Whenever we call they ask for some document or the other.
And then nothing moves.
We needed the funds urgently for higher education of my children but because of very lax and irresponsible attitude and action of the office bearers, it is still pending which has caused tremendous hardship and losses to us.
Kindly fix the responsibility and arrange to have the funds remitted to respective accounts of my children whose details, cancelled checks, pan, aadhar etc have been submitted long time back.
