IDBI Federal — Refund on my policies

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a senior citizen in a long need to get my refund from IDBI Federal policies. I have four policies under mine and my wife's name who is also a senior citizen.

I have already submitted numerous complaints through emails, phone conversations, office visits with IDBI Federal over last year. All last year they have made me run around for unnecessary documents, scans, signatures, signing up on their website, notary and made me put a lot of effort and run errands to no avail.

The most recent response as of April 21, 2016 was that a refund is NOT possible because I did not choose to cancel my policy within 2 weeks of signing up.

They never had the intention to make a refund so wasted time to demotivate me to give up on the refund process. I am extremely disappointed and tired of dealing with them.

Their salesperson / agent whom no longer works with IDBI federal falsely promised and lied about returns and sold me these policies. Now, IDBI Federal doesn't want to cancel and refund my money. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating.

Resolution desired:
Immediate refund of all policies with the 14% interest promised by their saleperson.
