Idea Cellular — bad behavior, not responding, incomplete/ not solving my request, adding packs without request

My name ishan muhammed, i am using idea mobile number [protected] since 2012 as a post paid connection. And the plan i chose was 250/month (21500 seconds and 300 message free). When i was gone to the store to paid the last month bill amount of 422/- on 25/082017. Just checked about my plan and other details because i noticed that the bill amount was more than my actual plan or expected amount. I found that a pack of 50 rupees added to my connection without my request or knowledge, what benefits u give is idea to idea 10ps /s, and rupees 77 for someone called me from his kerala state sim outside of the state when me and my mobile connection was with in the state. I asked about when was the pack added to my number the store executive said that they can only see the past 4/6 month bill details and it's in the bill from there and for more details i have to contact customer care.
Then i have contacted customer care (12345) on that date (25/08/2017) which is a lady picked up the phone exactly at 17:11pm. I think and first she said this plan was started on april 10 2016 and then suddenly she changed it in to that, only plan name changed on that date, which is ideal plan changed to new ideal and my number is using this pack from the date i have purchased it. She will connect me to the supervisor for more information and put me on hold above 20 to 25 minutes. All that time i had to hear the worst advertisements of your company which i am paying 50ps/3 minute is that a good behavior that you guys taking my money and for reputed company like adithya birla. And then so called supervisor named shinsu from your same office vytila, kochi. Have connected and i requested for the bill of past 2 years. She declaims it and said they can give bills only from april 2016 (According to the information your executive gave that the same month when my plan changed). Then i requested to stop that pack and a detailed bill of past month in to my registered mail id ([protected]@gmail.com). And i disconnected the phone properly after total 59 min 50 sec.
And on the next day after i checked my mail and nothing is there in the name of idea cellular. Again i contacted complaint no:198 to ask about it, a lady named nithina pick up my call and i repeated the same request. She also try to give me some wrong information's and when i proofed that she is wrong, she apologized 2 times to me with in 15 minute. And as usual she said that going to connect to supervisor, i said ok, i can wait for as much as u want but please avoid that advertisements which u compelled me to hear but she said that this is your company rules. Which i give you guys a middle finger first. And she put me for hold for 30 minutes and disconnected my phone without any information and warning.
After that again i call back in to 198 and a executive named prijil picked up the call from the same office. And i asked him about that why did the other executive disconnected the call, then he asked me "would you like to know about that or your past complaints" then i realize that he know's about my call and all whats going on. And when i asked him to send me the past 2 year bills he said i can go and take it from nearest showroom. My nearest idea showroom was 3 shutter away from my office, i asked him to hold and rushed to the showroom which is located in vikas building, opp apsara theater, near kozhikode railway station, kerala, asked about the bill details he said, they said they only can give past 4 month details only. And then he said he can't give any other information's to me. And i realize that all executives are playing with customers like me. You are getting more money from our pocket in the name like customer care call's, connecting time to supervisor's, taking time to checking details etc... And again and again as usual he put me in hold for another 20 to 25 minutes to connect supervisor. And unluckily i am connected again to ever misbehavior and liar customer care supervisor in the world shinsu. I asked about her the detail bill and the other things. She said that mail is send to my mail id and i gave more request for dnd serviece, and cancellation of that 50 rupees pack, and send past month details to my mail again. It takes more than 70 minutes to finish this call. After that i received a message for duplicate bill communication id c1-[protected], dnd activation id c1-[protected]. Not anything about that bloody f... Ng 50 rupees pack which i have contacted your executives. One of your executive call me on today morning (30/08/2017) and when i started tell my problem she disconnected the phone and the phone is switched off till now. I didn't receive any mail or calls regarding this request and am thanking you for creating such good opportunity for me to take this chance to another level and i will assure that everyone who talked and try to fool me will regret the time they used it for me
And i know that this mail is also going through the same office and staffs of your company. By this mail i just want to inform you that you guys are going to lose more than 8 customers right by one week you can note the numbers. First 5 numbers are post paid. This numbers are my own company staff, my relatives and friends connections are going to port after this.

I just want to inform you one thing more if i did't get any reply or actions on this mail before 24 hours. I will file a complaint against you in consumer forum of india and tag your all company profiles on social media. You can concern it as a threatening or disappointment words from your customer
