[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Bangalore — Prepaid to Postpaid [protected]

I am an idea prepaid customer since last 3 years. On repeated request from post paid customer service executives that they have good offer for changing from prepaid to post paid I gave an application to change my prepaid idea number to post paid on 4th Jan They called again on 9th Jan to resubmit the documents. I resubmitted the documents based on their request. Till date my request is not done. From 16th Jan my prepaid also was deactiavted by Idea. Now I dont have prepaid nor post paid SIMs active and both are showing 'No service'. How can idea do like this. Now neither I can use my post paid or prepaid, On calling customer care of idea they respond it will be done, even after writing to idea customer care there is no response. The franchise which has taken this request from me is 'Milky Way'. Executive name is Suresh, contact numbers are [protected] and [protected]. These numbers are not responding. Request you to black list this franchise and help me in getting my post paid SIM activated at the earliest. Why the transfer of prepaid idea to post paid idea takes 15 days when it was told it takes only 3 working days. On calling customer care and even after visiting idea show rooms there is no use and till date my number is not activated.
