[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — cancellation / closure of sim

Even after non usage of sim for more than a year, and giving request to cancel my post paid sim before 6 months through email. I am being charged amount every month. Now idea network ppl are harassing me through phone every day and asking me to pay the amount for a sim which i had not been using for more than a year now. My number is [protected]. I had initially asked for the procedure to cancel the sim, they had told me to write an email to mohamednazeem. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com. On 14.01.2019, i had wrote an email for the same. I didn't get any reply from them till aug 7th 2019. Now i had paid up-to july 2019 and i have the receipt for it and again requested for closure of my sim through email (As suggested by them) to nizar. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com on 31.08.2019. Still they are sending me bill for aug 2019 without cancellation of my sim. What is the actual step to cancel my sim. I have lost my sim card. And not in possession of it
