Idea Cellular — Complaint on customer care executive

I am shiva kumar from Bangalore my mobile number is [protected]. I have taken postpaid connection with 299 plan since 6 months, however last month i requested for 100 rs Internet booster pack but executive activated for 250 rs Pack without any information, immediately i have raised the request, none of the customer care executive not responded properly, almost i have called customer care more than 20 times, but no use of it. the total monthly bill amount has increased with the above information stated.

After so many days my outgoing call is barred due to not paying the bill amount, later i received call from executive(Kavya) to pay the bill but i said to executive first resolve my query, then i will pay the bill amount, later executive as me to wait for 24 hours to resolve the query. after some days the same executive(Kavya) called me and asked about payment of bill with out resolving of my query. Executive(Kavya) responsive was very nonsense language.Please check the call record of Executive(Kavya) and take proper action on Executive.

Today 04/26/2016 time 06:31PM i received call from [protected] (supervisor of customer care) that supervisor also not talk to me properly.

Please take action on executives and supervisors. who is responsible for this.
