Idea Cellular — Complaint regarding sim card service on HOLD | |||
My idea prepaid no. was ported from Airtel postpaid to IDEA prepaid 2 months before whose service is on HOLD from last 20 days. I Spoke to IDEA care on the no. [protected] and came to know that my service is on HOLD because of pending billing issue, after that i visited AIrtel outlet and got information on the same and my bill was already paid. I got receipt of the last bill payment from Airtel and submitted it to Idea care center on 10.05.2017 details as below: S. K associates, Kurmannapalem, Visakhapatnam, (AP) 530046. After that i visited 3 times to the IDEA care center and was told that my no. will start working after 24 hours every time i visited. as i didn't get solution from there i called again customer care helpline 5 to 6 times and i didn't get any solution. I am struggling with a very poor customer care service support from IDEA and don't know the solution. As my no. is very important for me. After that i wrote mail to [protected]@idea.com and got reply for details regarding last rechrge and KYCs of mine given at the time of porting. I replied with all the details 4 days before but still there is no response from your idea care, Its harassment to the customers and irresponsible behavior from idea group and worst customer services.
