[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Deactivation of services | |||||
I ported my number [protected] from another service provider to idea and then after few days they disconnected my services without any reason. I sent my cousin to visit to idea care and then he told me that they were asking for documents. I am asking that what happened to my documents I submitted to idea care itself when I changed my service provider. Then my cousin submitted my documents along with one photograph and they charged Rs.50 as SIM Exchange fee. My services were activated and after two days I got a message that my services will be stopped after one day as my documents were not submitted to the care. Again I talked to idea care then they replied that I can submit my documents to any of idea care in any state as I am staying outside of my native state, Haryana. I took half day from my company then visited 3 idea cares in Mohali and Chandigarh itself.But they were just making excuses. Then i went to idea care near Ambala bus stand in Ambala cantt. There again I submitted my docs(Aadhar card and PAN card) and again they charged for Rs.50 for SIM Exchange. They promised that SIM will be activated after half an hour not more than that. Then I got two messages saying your request for SIM exchange has been processed successfully.SR No. 1-[protected]. But then what Nothing. After 3 days also my services are not activated.I talked to customer care again and what they said that my documents are not submitted. I am asking as what kind of documents IDEA care is asking . Is it some sort of land papers or any thing else. Worst service provider and irresponsive customer support I ever experienced in my life. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am using idea mobile no.[protected], I lost my mobile along with sim card . So i am requesting you sir kindly block/deactivate my sim card immediately.

I have 2 time requeist idea store and customer care but no response to de activate my no. and i susseget you have no option available nomber use so pls help me and deactivate my nomber
