As per your team, I had utlised internet & hence the balance was absorbed. Just for your kind refernce, I was given 50 MB 2G data useage FREE with Validity of 7 days, this text message was received at 18:23 hrs of 7 Dec. I had taken this Free offer & did not take any other internet plan.

I want my INR 113 balance back in this working week orelse I will be forced to change my network

I recharged 149rs, for which idea had promised to give 2gb+100rs on December 2nd. But i got only 1gb of data. I raised a complaint about it a week back and got no response back. I feel cheated. I need an explanation from idea regarding it and extra gb of data as they'd promised.

I am facing a problem with alert messages and IDEA is deducting balance from account frequently, when i called them no response from IDEA customer care.
