[Resolved] Idea Cellular — double recharge on the same plan | |||
I have first recharged my idea prepaid no [protected] with 199 fo unlimited data pack dated-4th feb 2018 via google pay but got an error. So asked my friend pravin kokane to reacharge on my behalf. He did from his phone and later i transferred the amount 199 to this account Finally when i checked hdfc account the initial recharge of 199 was successful Double time reacharge on the same number the same time and day Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Feb 06, 2019 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our recent communication, we've informed you that there is only one recharge of Rs.199/- reflecting in your account. Hence, we request you wait till 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed. Also, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge within 7 working days.
