[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Extra amount charged by idea | |||
Hello, I was using Idea official SIM No [protected] since last 6 year but in the Month of Nov 2016 abnormal bill of Rs. 3243.63 issued, till date average bill was in the range of Rs 300 to Rs 500/-. The Nov-16 bill consists of mobile Internet charge of amounting Rs /-. This charge is not justified. Particular in the month of Nov 2016 these charges are exceptionally high. Kindly give proper justified bill. I am using basic Samsung handset which has no internet option but still you guys has they activated Internet offer on my number. I was told to raise a compliant request but my request got i dint get any response to me. Its the most lousiest experience I have had ever. Now I dont know what to do as I feel like I have been cheated by Idea by charging me Rs.3243/- extra. I need a call back from you to my number [protected].
