Idea Cellular — wrong idea recharge for my own number | |
I have done a wrong recharge (Top up) of inr 45 amount through amazon app to my own number without knowing the actual plan. The recharge was done on 07 jan 2019 at 4:04 pm. My intention was to add balance to my account to make some urgent calls. Can you help me getting my amount back? Or you can even add the same to my balance amount so that i can make calls at-least. I tried to recharge from your website on 21st Dec 2018 i.e ezrecharge.in for Idea Cellular network the entire transaction was completed, even money got deducted Rs 124 /- from my SBI account . But then the transaction showed failed and this website promised to give back a refund . Kindly arrange for it at the earliest

Sir, since 6 jan 2019, internet is not working, only 2g net is running, niether 3g nor 4g. My location is VPO Maheshwari Dharuhera Rewari Haryana. So, please take some actions as soon as possible.
