[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea incoming messages not working.

Its been 20 days I took the sim from Aundh Pune Idea store. As I lost my phone I blocked the no and reissued the same. But from that day I am not able to receive any messages in my Idea no.
No message means no OTP, No normal message no one can send me messages.
I made multiple complaints in baner IDEA office as well as customer care but there is no resolution.
Even they are closing my complaints without solving the problem.
