Here with I would like to bring in your notice following complaint against a leading Mobile Service Provider of India namely Idea cellular limited - Mobile Balance deduction in the name of Roaming Charges.

Dear Idea Customer Care Please let me know what are my incoming call charges has been deducted while roaming for 5days and why the roaming has not done and why cheated ?
Date: 20/05/2014 Time approximate 4:10pm Activated Rs 16/- thru Dial *369*160#
And then at 4:32pm Received sms saying Thank you for subscribing your pack will be activated soon. Start enjoying free incoming for 3 days.
Date: 21/05/2014 Time: approximate 2:23pm Activated Rs 16/- thru e - recharge
And then at 2:24pm Received sms saying Dear customer, you have successfully recharged rs 16. Enjoy benefit of ISD calls at discount rates valid till the expiry date.20/06/2014.
Date: 21/05/2014 Time: approximate 3:05pm Activated Rs 5/- thru Roaming 1 day *510#
And then at 3:07pm Received sms saying Thank you for subscribing your pack will be activated soon. Free National Roaming I/C calls, OG call @1.5p/s. Validity 1 Day.
Date 21/05/2014 called to customer care number [protected] at time: approximate 1:12pm 2to4 mints cant able to concert to call center people for that also charged some of rupees. And when I called customer care who attended my call her name is Premalatha she is not answered properly and she talking rudely and she said in there system there is no incoming charges showing and they are helpless in this issue.
So please Re credit what amount your service has deducted from my account without activating roaming facility
Please help me find a solution or otherwise I will file a Criminal Case for Cheating
Not: in case if there is no proper response or negligence this issue will going to file a case in consumer court against Idea Cellular Ltd.
