[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — migration of sim from postpaid to prepaid

Dear sir,
I am rajesh chavhan, i wd like to migrate my idea sim from postpaid to prepaid. I went to colaba and fort idea store, but idea refusing it by saying many reasons, like some time asking for 1000/- or saying min period of 120 days or saying that it can be done only after the 4th bill cycle. Some says prepaid sims not available. I inform to idea but they atent taking it as serious. My mob no [protected].
