I am using idea number. Recently i arrived at sydney before which i had activated the international roaming. After 2 days of arrival here, i have taken a local vodafone number. Just five days back, i tried to use the idea sim so as to keep the sim working and also for office related critical communication. All i come to know is service is barred due to exceeding of the credit limit. The amount is shown as rs. 7194. I am absolutely clueless how this can happen. I have been trying to contact the customer care since 5 days but no luck on calling. I am also writing complaint mails but the replies i am getting are not resolving the problem at all. I have asked for a statement showing my usage but no statement is provided by idea till now. This is causing a lot of issue for me. I need the usage details to be sent to me, also my services should be activated asap as i have already paid rs. 2000 just so that my services can be activated.

1. I have been receiving a sms stating that i got voicemail from 58595 over my idea number. When i checked it there was nothing. Specially when i restart my phone it pops up.
2. I got a sms stating that i have activated some service called "cine shot" (Which i am very sure i have never activated). It deducted 35rs and later deducted 10rs more. Even after texting them to unsubscribe the service they did not responded and kept on my service activated.
When i called customer care service they where like " may be because of some reason that service was not unsubscribed. And i asked about voice mail i am receiving she is blaming my mobile and asked me to get my handset check.
Such a unprofessional answer and service.

I was an idea postpaid customer but ported out my mobile number in the beginning of this month. I have successfully ported out to mtnl despite this i am daily getting their annoying smss to link my "idea" number with adhar at their nearest idea store. I mailed them numerous times but they are not removing my number from their database. But they troubled me in porting out my number by adding fraud outstanding amount later saying that it was a technical glitch and now they are continually harassing me by sending multiple smss when i am not even an idea customer. Soon i am about to file a complaint in consumer district court.

Within the complaint submission within 2min idea is marking complaints as solved without proper comments. Please behave professionally.

Please train your employees to work with ethics targets are always important but should never disturb others life's by spamming with calls.

You can spend money in advertising and improving service instead of hiring some people with a bought databse of numbers and randomly calling them and forcing to port

Idea give offer to me so the offer is 100 % cash back the recharge amount is 357
Then they will not give me the 100% cash back. Then i was contact idea customer care executive tell me the cash back will get next 7 recharge above 300 then deduct 51 from each recharge so the idea is not mentioned this condition in the offer don't provide the terms and condition link

I had a reliance sim. Suddenly the signals stopped coming as the company got shut. After 2 days, reliance users were on the vodafone network. I tried porting my number to airtel, but when i reached airtel office to get airtel sim, they said that my port code is still with vodafone and only vodafone can port my number. I asked vodafone to port my number, they said that my port code is with airtel. They blamed each other and none of the both helped me. After 2 days, they cancelled my port request and alloted my phone number to a different user on idea network. My phone number was linked with my bank account, aadhar, pan and i have been left handicapped without my number. I am student and i have submitted my number in examination forms. I have my whatsapp account on that number since 4 years. I have been left handicapped without my phone number as people related to me cannot reach me and even colleges, institutes, bank, cannot reach me or contact me. I want my phone number back as idea has no right to allot my phone number to a different user if the company has shut down. Please look into it

I went to colaba and fort idea store, but idea refusing it by saying many reasons, like some time asking for 1000/- or saying min period of 120 days or saying that it can be done only after the 4th bill cycle. Some says prepaid sims not available. I inform to idea but they atent taking it as serious. My mob no [protected]....

This is to inform you that the customer representative making call are doing false commitments for mnp.

I recently potter my number to idea.

I was told that i will het 31 gb monthly data with data carry forward facility.
I also asked if there is any capping for the day? They confirmed me that there is no capping for data and calls.

This is not acceptable at all that you are making false commitments to generate new customers.

I gifted a mobile phone to my mother with an idea sim |mobile number [protected]| around 7 years back. When ever i called her on this number she never picked up and said i never called. Same was the case with other relatives of mine. I contacted the customer care and they said it is now allotted to someone else. I am surprised that how can my number be allocated to someone else without proper notice. I am very unhappy with idea 's service here. Bank account, whats app and many other important work related services were linked with the number.

I, priyanka chakraborty is using a reliance number ([protected]) for nearly 1 year, since reliance cellular is shutting down so i started getting calls from different vendors like vodafone, airtel, jio and so on. Finally i selected the vodafone vendor to go with. One of the person from vodafone came to my home and took all the necessary documents and my photo. Yesterday at 11:47 pm (Nearly) i found that my reliance number stopped working and just before closing of the number i got two text messages that the number (51133/54338) has been activated. So when i tried to start up my vodafone sim card i found that there is no network and throughout the night i called vodafone customer care and they said that the number is not registered there. Today early morning i found that a male person is picking up the call and he is saying that he brought a sim of my number near sealdah railway station from a person with his own adhar card. Now my bank messages watsapp details are there in the sim. I want a answer like how idea ported this number ([protected]) from reliance to idea with that port id that i have provided to that vodafone service provider on thursday (16/11/2017) with documents like adhar card, pan card with my signature. Since the print out was not good hence i send the full thing to a mail id: abhi. [protected]@gmail.com.

On 26th october 2017 i received a call from an unknown number informing that the caller is from sbi credit card department and informed that i have acquired reward points, and as to whether i would like to convert it to cash or gift. On which i informed that i wou, d like to get the same coverting it into cash and then the caller requested me to intimate the details of the card, which i passed on. Then the caller told me that i shall be receiving an otp, which is necessary to transfer the sum and i communicated the same on receipt of the same. Immediately thereafter when i saw that i was cheated i tried to contact the helpline number of sbi but as the helpline number was not at all helpful as the same was being managed by computer system with number of options, i deserted the line and i opened my mail box and i noticed that there was an alert from sbi intimating that hope the transaction is in order, if not to contact sbi card helpline. Then and there i sent a mail to sbi credit card deptt about withdrawal of a sum of rs4999/- fraudulently from my credit card. Thereafer i received a call from sbi card and they blocked my card and issued a card replacing the infected card.. Since the gateway of the transaction was ideacell bill desk, i took up the issue with ideamoney requeting for taking steps for refunding the money, but i was really surprised to see that inspite of repeatedly taking up the matter with ideamoney, they sent the unsettled transaction to the sbi credit card on 27th october for settlement in their favour. On which, i sent mail to both sbi and idea money, but without paying heed to my request, the amount was settled in favour of the fraud. As such, there is gross negligence on the part of both the institutions. As such i request to take urgent steps for refunding the amount fraudulently withdrawn from my account.in the meantime i have taken up the matter with the cyber crime cell of kolkata police and also lodged a gd in the police station at panchasayar, kolkata-94.

I got a call from a lady saying she is from SBI Mumbai. I have a reward points of 6000 for my transactions in my credit card. Exactly she said that my reward points are expired.And bank wants to return money through credit.

I said my card details as she asked and I lost
Rs.4, 782.00 was spent on your SBI Card no. ending XX8178 at IDEA CELL-BILLDESK on 25 Nov 17. Remaining credit limit: Rs.123, 218.00.
This happened four times and I have lost "15045"rupees.

Sir I got call from [protected] this number. One bloody lady is doing this.And how dare she is using the same number still as I called her she is aborting my call.

I am getting mail from Support MH ([protected]@idea.adityabirla.com) saying I have some bill pending and to attend Lok Adalat at shivaji Nagar court on 9th Dec 2017 from 10.30 am to 3.00 pm.

Not sure if its a fake mail or not. Kindly confirm.

I have a mail confirmation from Idea customer care that my number was disconnected on disconnected with effect from 3rd October 2012 under docket number[protected]. Now suddenly I am getting mail.

What to do?

My number is [protected](prepaid).am recently MNP airtel (postpaid) to your idea (prepaid) network.my number was barred due to DNO related, but I cleared bill. Many times I visited nearest idea store (vijaya talkis center vijayawada) from last 4 days i. E. 22/11/2017. And the next day they said it will be done in 2hr and it repeated till today 25/11/2017. I provided the required documents on the same day but still my services haven't restored.no response.
I have spoken to idea customer service executives but no use. My idea number is [protected]. am suffering from 6 days this type lot of inconvenience please renew my services ASAP

idea showroom executives said "we are take comeplants many times but problem was not solved" I paid bill but sim was not working .
many time times i was drop the documents in idea showroom but no use

Network range disappeared when I turn on the mobile data, I called several times to complaint helpdesk, no proper resolution has been given by representative, they was disconnecting my call in between, the issue haven't resolved yet. I need it done on priority, yesterday I have recharged my pack worth 500, if issue is unresolvable, give my money back, I will switched to another provider
