Sir,

Today at Afternoon at 12:16 i got call from [protected], they told me to convert redeem point to cash transaction and generated OTP to my mobile number. they have made 4 transaction of 4800/- each, the total transaction of Rupees 19200/- went to IDEA Money account as IDEA BILLDESK.

I Request to take action and revert my money back to my credit card account.
