[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — My Idea number disconnection and close issue

Hi I have used IDEA mobile no:[protected] from march 2014 with Unlimited STD plan. All of the sudden my outgoing is barred on 1st August 2014 without any information. I called up 198 for complaint and they asked to visit nearby outlet for the same.Then I visited Andheri military road Outlet and asked the reason for disconnection and solution for activation. But I didn't get proper reply for the questions. So I asked them to close my account and give my Rs.500 Deposit back. But they refused as it is not 6 months so they don't give deposit back. I said why I need to suffer without any of my fault, the disconnection is did by IDEA without any conformation or information. So I hold the last month bill of Rs..1126.97. Then next month I got bill amount of Rs.1575.27. I have send my questions to Idea customer care mail on 8th of Sep case id:E1-[protected]. Asking why my mobile get disconnected and for what purpose they asking me to pay extra. But I didn't get any proper reply, they just ask me to pay the said amount and my Rs.500 will send to my billing address. " I am not able to understand why it cant be adjusted in the billing amount". Ok let it be rules of Idea I will talk about later. Then too I didn't paid the bill because they didn't reversed the extra money. Next month (October) I again got a updated bill of Rs.1924.6. Even I have send the conformation to close the account on 15th Sep case ID::E1-[protected] which is not replied by the support team.Again I asked to revert properly for my questions but only reply was to pay the said amount. So I didn't pay it again. Again on November I again got updated bill of Rs.2119.43/. I went to the same outlet to stop the harassment and the close the account and I surprised by knowing November 3rd my number was get activated again.I don't know why they activated even I conformed to close the account. And I asked to adjust the 500 in bill and tell the closure amount but they said they cant adjust my advance the cheque will send to my billing address but the problem is I am not their in the billing address. So I asked how will I get it they are saying its my problem. So again I failed in compromising and return back and written a mail about the same. But the reply what I get is I never asked to close my number/ account. " Even I had mail conformation then too they are saying Lie's upfront how will I believe in that people and what is the rules their"????????? Still now I never get proper reply my Rs.500 handover and I am not ready to pay the fined amount which is not my fault at all. I never wanted to be defaulter to any of my service provider, but if they want me to that I have no other option left. I have proof's for each and every conversations.
